[Resolved]  Spice Online Retail Pvt. Ltd. — Bad response Post product purchase

Hi,

I bought New Micromax A110 online (Order ID : 268189) from Spice Online Retail Pvt. Ltd on 2nd Nov 2012. Now My this handset has touch pad issue. For this I went to Micromax Service Center in Pune. They were not able register my complaint because they said IMEI for my this handset is not registered.

My Handset is still under warranty as 1 Year is not completed.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

new micromax turbo is not working

i have purchased a new phone for Rs.14000. cst no. [protected]C order id[protected] it is not working now. Purchased on 25th march and i got it on this monday. used for 1 day at the maximum.
