[Resolved]  Spice Online Retail Pvt. Ltd. — Faulty mobile supplied and not able to resolve the reported problem

Supplied faulty mobile phone by Saholic.com and Huawei Mobile:

I bought a huawei vision U8850 phone online from Saholic.com. Order was booked on May 4, 2013 and phone was delivered to me on 15th May 2013. The phone had display (screen disappear most of the time), speaker volume and loudspeaker volume problem from day one. the same has been reported to Saholic.com, from where I bought on 25th May 2013 and they refused to replace and advised me to visit service center to get it rectified.
I visited the service center (Shivom Enterprises, Shop No 85-86, First Floor, Devi Palace, Opp Raj Cinema old-delhi Road, Gurgaon, Haryana) and handed over the phone to get it rectified. I received the phone back on June 21st 2013. All problems, that was reported still exists i.e. display problem, Speaker volume and Loud speaker volume. Overall experience and dealing with service center people was pathetic.

Again phone has stopped working on June 26, 2013 and I handed over to same service center again to get it rectified on June 27, 2013. The phone is in service center as on today (July 30, 2013) after rigorous follow-up with Service Center People, Huawei customer Care Center and Saholic.com, i'm still waiting resolution. I wrote many emails to Huawei Customer Care at service.hw.[protected]@huawei.com but no one bother to reply as well as to saholic.com.

Dear Sir/Ma'M,
Please treat this mail as a legal notice for supplying a faulty mobile phone and not able to resolve the reported problem. The problem was reported to Spice Online Retail Pvt. Ltd (Saholic.com) within ten days after getting the delivery of the phone. As advised by Spice Online Retail Pvt. Ltd, visited Huawei authorized service center and also wrote couple of emails to service.hw.[protected]@huawei.com to get it resolved but the problem still exists and phone is in huawei authorized service center. After putting so much genuine efforts, Now, I lost all the hopes and decided to go in court and file a case against Spice Online Retail Pvt. Ltd and Huawei Telecommunication (India) Co. Pvt. Ltd for supplying a defective product and not able to provide the resolution of the problem reported.
My claim would included the cost of device, efforts putted to get it rectified, Mental harassment, business loss, cost of the transportation, processing fee advocate fee and court fee, if any.
Please treat this notice as a 7 days notice from July 17, 2013 to resolve the reported problem.
Please keep the copies of this notice email, which would be required in the court as evidence.

With reference to your mail, we would request you to kindly visit nearest service center and as per your order id:415040 your product was delivered to you on 15 May, 2013, now it lies on the domain of brand manufacturer return policy not the Saholic hence, would request to you go to the nearest service center.

huawei cell phone — not responding since ten days

dear sir
i m sarfraz using tata cell phone since two yr. but recently I bought new phone in february 200 but this phone got dead & i carry it to the service centre .but they are not responding and calling me ever two or three days...the detail of service centre is as follows.
