Hi,
I bought New Micromax A110 online (Order ID : 268189) from Spice Online Retail Pvt. Ltd on 2nd Nov 2012. Now My this handset has touch pad issue. For this I went to Micromax Service Center in Pune. They were not able register my complaint because they said IMEI for my this handset is not registered.
My Handset is still under warranty as 1 Year is not completed.
Please help me to resolve this...

I ( Tribhuvan Sapia, [protected] , [protected] ) have purchased a Spice MI1010 Stellar Tablet from www.saholic.com Online,
I had placed the order on 4th Jun 13 and they delivered on 6th Jun 13 , but the tablet was dead and i have to visit the service center and got the (Dead On arrival) certificate for the same and have to contact the website and got the same replaced,
The same got replaced on 26 Jun 13 and again the product...
