Dear Sir,
I have made ann order with Timtara.com on[protected] for two landline sets and one mobile phone. My order Id's are 10335608 and 10335610 for both the items respectively. Sir have made an online payment through Internet banking for Rs. 16188.90 i have made a request for cancellation of my order on[protected]. Customer care executives tell me that i will receive an email from their side within 3 days. But i donot receive any mail from there side. I again contacted them on[protected] and again they give me a time of 24 working hours i. e. 3 days and they also give me an email id- [protected]@gmail.com to forward an email message to cancel my order. I forward message to cancel my order. But till date i donot receive any reply from that email ID. on[protected] i again contacted them they again give me a time of 3 days. Same was their response as the earlier case. Now I contacted them again on[protected] and they told me that i will receive a mail message of cancellation by Monday i.e.[protected] upto 12.00 noon but till date i have not received any message from their side. This is a very serious matter. Please take a strict action against them and help me to recover my amount paid along with compensation for the inconvenience.
