I have purchased one mobile handset (Micromax Superphone Canvas A100) through online shopping company Timtara.com on 11.09.2012, vide order no.10323762 by paying SBI cheque (no.745768) for an amount of Rs.8,999/- deposited in ICICI Bank, Roorkee on the a/c (no.[protected] of Infosecure Consulting pvt. Ltd., B-26, Second Floor, Sector 8, Noida-201301. According to the order comfirmation item has to deliver at my shipping address (Debasis Bhaumick, Asst. Security Officer, 196/3, Solani kunj, IIT Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand -247667) within 3 weeks of booking date which expires on 01.10.2012. But after expiry of delivery date I have made more 7 calls at their customer care no.[protected] & [protected] and 3/4 e-mails, only one reply "your order is awaiting shipment or we are forwarding your complaint to our back end, item will be deliver within 3/4 days". Till date item is not delivered to me.
Considering the above fact, kindly help me to get my item or get reimburse my amount (Rs.8,999/-) ftom timtara.com and to take a strict action against this company for this type of fraudalent act. Was this information helpful? |
