Reliance GSM Service provider — WRONG INFORMATION OF CUSTOMER CARE AND NOT READY TO REFUND MONEY

Sir,
On 25 Oct 2012 i have call reliance customer care from my cell no [protected] for GPRS plans. One lady attend a call i ask a what are the GPRS planes she told me two plans 27rs and 47Rs. I ask how activate a 27rs for 7 days validity and that lady gave me a no *565*5703# to activate a 27 Rs GPRS plan but i have dial that no i got the a plan of 47 Rs which i dont want. Again i call customer care for changing a plan that time Jitendra attend a call and he has not agree to change a plan or give a refund to me and not agree to forward a call to his supervisor his behaviour is very bad he hold me call for long time and disconnect my call. Again i call in customer care neha attend a call she his not agree to change a plan or refund. After long time she forward a call to supervisor prandanad me explain a complete details to what was happen to me but his response is negative. This company has cheat me 3 rd time. Kindly help me for this issue.
