I recharged my mobile with stv Rs 77 on 17.03.2013 which makes the on-net call rates Rs 0.2 per minute for all calls. But i am still being charged at 50 paise per minute for all my on-net calls. I tried to complain via phone but apparently there has been a technical glitch in the system for a very long time hence my complaints cannot be registered.
