regarding non activation of tariff voucher even after payment

I recharged my cell for Rs 148 on 16.04.2013 via rcom.co.in. But the recharge voucher has not been activated yet and neither have I got a refund for the amount. This is the second time this has happened and it seems like I have no other option but to quit the services of reliance telecom.

regarding non activation of appropriate stv

I recharged my mobile with stv Rs 77 on 17.03.2013 which makes the on-net call rates Rs 0.2 per minute for all calls. But i am still being charged at 50 paise per minute for all my on-net calls. I tried to complain via phone but apparently there has been a technical glitch in the system for a very long time hence my complaints cannot be registered. Please do something about it...
