From past few days I'm encountering frequent disconnection for 3G. When I called to customer care, they replied me that, we have implemented technically to disconnection internet after 40 mins of session to prevent bill shock itseems. I was asked for continous connectivity as I have done recharge for 3G data with my sense only. They said that it is not possible and it will disconnect for every1. I don't understand how they made it. I have asked for where they have mentioned it so that customer will be aware of it. They replied me back that, it's not mentioned any where and we don't need to mention it. Means they will charge from the customers as they like and they don't need to intimate any changes itseems. This is an unexpected situation and people should be aware of this. As a responsible, network provider need to mention this clause. But to our badness, they are not responsible itseems.
Even they can't provide me continous connectivity also. The way they respond is very bad. I think that is the reason they are making 3G internet charges for less. No other network is providing for that price(not even near to them). They just earning money from customers without providing consistent network. And they know no one here can do anything to them.
