I have recently requested from MNP from AirTel to TATA DOCOMO on 16th October 2012 and MNP process has been completed on 31st October night. From 1st November 2012 12:00 AM onwards my AirTel SIM card has been deactivated and I am using DOCOMO SIM card with incoming and outgoing services. after 3 days my outgoing has been barred and later after 2 days incoming also has been barred. I have raised multiple time to Nodal and Appellate team of DOCOMO also met and discuss with them. its now DAY-6; but i do not have neither outgoing nor incoming facility.
Now I am feeling that this is biggest mistake of my life to have this kind of decision.
Please find few email communication with DOCOMO TEAM; but till now there was no communication from their side.
I would recommend that PLEASE DO NOT THINKING OF SWITCHING YOUR MOBILE OPERATOR TO TATA DOCOMO.

Hello Nodal/ Appellate Team,
I would like to inform you that, it is very disappointed to be part of DOCOMO. Its been almost 5 days my services has been barred and no one is responding properly with solution. Initially only outgoing was barred on last Tuesday (6th Nov'12) and on Saturday (10th Nov'12) incoming also barred on my number [protected].
I have visited many times to TATA DOCOMO office in Koramangala. I have met Mr. Ram from Appellate 1st time on last Tuesday (7th November'12) and after discussion of an hour he had communicated me that within 48 Hrs it will be done; but did not happen anything. Then I have connected with Mr. Ravi on last Friday (9th November'12) from appellate team and after discussion of more than an hours he had connected me to Mr. Raghavendra (Mob No: [protected]) who is taking care of Documents. Even i have submitted filled NEW CAF on same days. Mr. Raghavendra has keep saying that it will activate in by evening 7.30 PM on Friday (9th Nov'12); but didn't happen. Later on he was telling services will be activate in another 3 hrs, by evening 7.30, end of the day till yesterday; but still there is no result.
Yesterday evening I have got one call from Mr. Satish (Mobile No: [protected]) from Activation Team and he told me that my services will be activated by end of today (Sunday 11th Nov'12 11.59 PM); still there was no result.
This is my request, kindly let me know if Appellate cannot resolve the issue, whom should I approach in Tata Teleservice.

As you communicate wait for 48 hours (it suppose to be maximum waiting period); but It's already more than 48 hours on my complain. but still its not resolved and also there are no communication or updates on this from DOCOMO.

Any Progress on our discussion we had yesterday. Still my outgoing is not yet yet activated.
It is really disappointed that DOCOMO has barred my Outgoings. I have clearly mentioned even before taking this decision and informed DOCOMO team who are supporting me this transition that my outgoing should not disturb any point of time.
looking forward to your prompt action on this.
Also let me know if its not happening, so that i have to change my decision again to rollback to my earlier operator.

I have moved from AirTel to Docomo on recently. I have requested on 16th October 2012; have submitted required Documents on same date to Docomo Executive. MNP has been completed successfully on 31st October 2012. I am using Docomo SIM card from 1st November, but till now there was no communication from Docomo regarding my plan and services enabled on it. I am just using for it making calls. There are few services also not yet activated which are very much essential to me (i.e. GPRS and Call Conference). without these service I am like Soldier on Battle Field with Gun but without any bullets.
also got an SMS few minutes that my services has been barred, and requesting me to submit documents as early as possible. Infact I have submitted documents long back. But disappointed thing is when ever I spoke to Customer Care executive, they are saying My no is not yet on Docomo Network. they do not have any clue, why it is not yet updated on your system.
Please activate my services and update me about my bill plan and other details.
