Mobile Tower — removal of mobile tower from residential apartment

I'm a residence of krishna apartment, boring road patna, bihar. Due to bribe and personal interest the president nd secretory of my apartment allowed this tower to be placed just above my flat that isa/81. The sound of the tower is not letting me sleep from months. Its causing a lot of health hazards on me and my family. Kindly do something asap as it's very dangerous for us.
