At my colony. There is a mobile tower but recently the contract was over, and some people are trying to renew the same. This mobile tower situated at residential area whose radiations are harmful to Childrens and old age person. All Nabours also having problems due to its vibrations. Sometime the tower getting highly vibrate. At the present situation, the owner of the house is not accept to remove the tower and want to renew for more time.br...

I’m here to complaint for an 2 mobile tower which is installed in residential area rooftop of fifth floor 237-B, 238-B pocket - (N) Sarita vihar new delhi- 110076 this two towers may cause cancer, heart disease and this are banned in the colonies and the residential are facing a big issue and there are old age patients who are suffering from this radiation

With due respect that we are the Residents of B- Block Budh Nagar Inderpuri New Delhi, Our neighbour R/O B-663, Budh Nagar Inder Puri New Delhi – 110012 is installing some MOBILE TOWER on their roof top. The said Building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area and very congested area, I suppose According to the Mcd Guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas . Also as we all know that It Causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon’ble Delhi High Court Towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many diseases like Cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s Radiation is very harmful for all. We have already requested to avoid this installation but they said do your own business and don’t try to interfere in our area of house.
As this is in progress stage you can now stop it immediately and remove the constructed equipments and take the appropriate action against both space provider and tower installer/

We are Staying in slum area where big crowd of small huts & Resident in that place there is a one Masjid where they are set mobile tower we request you please remove this because it is harmful to people & animals also.

I wanna aware regarding unauthorized mobile tower in r/o manish rawat s/o dhara rawat in gali no 1 near narsinghpur gurugram near tata pasco. it is highly populated area with fully covered by school, hospital and residentials.

this area is not authorized for mobile tower but still they installed recently without any documentation and permission.

i am requesting to government that check all documents and uninstall it if it's unauthorized.

I want to register a complaint against a vodaphone mobile tower installation in the residential complex on building Virender Singh bisht, House no- 3/8 gali no-9 gangotri vihar ghonda 5th pusta Gamri extension DELHI 110053. There is radiation hazard by it because they fixed it in residential area.
The mobile tower is installed in residential area and as per supreme court ruling, such towers are illegal and should be removed.
Now other mobile tower is to be prepare to installing on same premises on above address.
Old people continuously exposed to the harmful radiations being emitted from the tower and noise pollution it spreads day and night.
Actually lots of people are facing problem from mobile tower.

Some people is saying that we are getting pain in head.

Some people is saying that we are getting pain in chest.
I have already told him for removing that tower but they have not taken action on this matter.

In the residential area of Nimtala Andul road Howrah, a mobile tower is being erected without any permission or NOC from the adjacent residents.There are many children residing in the locality too.Despite the warnings of the local body, the tower is not yet being dismantled.We the residents have formally complained in the local panchayat already.
I would like to request you to see to the matter in our locality and see the removal of the tower

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents o[censored]sha Vihar, Jaipur - 302018 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

Our complaint is specific that, one Mr. Ramjilal Sharma, resident of 72, Usha Vihar, Gopalpura Bye Pass, Jaipur – had licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area o[censored]sha Vihar, Jaipur.

When residents o[censored]sha Vihar, Jaipur, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said Mr.Ramjilal Sharma for termination of Leave and License Agreement and stoppage of installation of Mobile Tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also shown him report of Deccan Chronicle & various reports.

In spite of this, the said Mr. Ramjilal Sharma, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents o[censored]sha Vihar that ”do whatever you want, I will never terminate the said license.

As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

We are facing issue of increase numbers of mobile towers and other networks towers in my nearby neighborhood. Now a day people are utilizing their residential houses in installation of tower in low rise house.

On 5th July 2013 Supreme Court of India held up this decision and Orders network towers to be removed and prohibited from school, colleges, residential area, hospitals just because of “Radiation Hazardous to Life”
But still there is increase in number of towers day by day by violating all the LAW.

So, requesting you to take necessary action on priority and provide us a clean environment.

Beside my home 100% residents area here is Airtel installing a mobile tower without any no information to residents. Nobody inform about radiation lavel of that particular tower. I asked to company representive about radiation area, he ignored and started his installation process. Due to bribe and personal interest the president nd secretory of my apartment allowed this tower to be placed just above my flat that isa/81. The sound of the tower is not letting me sleep from months. Its causing a lot of health hazards on me and my family. Kindly do something asap as it's very dangerous for us.
