I am Punam Biswas, West Bengal, Kolkata
Registered address- 4 Fordyce LANE Kolkata 700014.
I ordered a Samsung LEVEL U bluetooth headset from MOBILEKART. But received a duplicate product instead. So now I want my money back.
If this matter doesn't gets resolved by next Monday I.e 24th June 2019, I will be forced to take up to consumer forum.
Plz look into this matter as an urgent matter.

I buy a product from mobilekart and yesterday I received the product witch is not working. and I mail to company id as given is also not reply on my mail.
and there is no customer care number available on site.

I ordered sumsung Bluetooth but it's not original it's fake I need to return it back and get my money
