Mobilekarts — fake product delivery

Product which i received is tottally different than shown in mobikarts website. I am not satisfied with this duplicate product. I have called the number given in bill but they didn't attand the call. Kindly take a appropriate step.

I ordered a philips 32000mAh power bank with free samsung bluetooth headphones from facebook
but company send me a duplicate sony power bank & bluetooth headphones which is in sony power bank box packing but not a sony compy powe bank and samsung bluetooth headphones, it delivered a duplicate copy sony power bank and headphones please solve my issue and give me back my money.
