Mobiwik — recharge unsuccessful, money not returned | |||
August 19th i recharged jio [protected] with 498. Invoice is generated but recharge is not done. It is neither in wallet not recharged. I raised a complaint in this forum (https://www.consumercomplaints.inmobikwik-cash-back-of-dish-tv-recharge-c1667258#c2824384) and it is marked as resolved. It is not resolved. As a followup to previous complaint, mobiwik folks called me asking for credit card details and to share otp. That was for a trasaction of 10k. Please work towards returning the money. Highly unfair!
