Mobobiz — Non refund of payment against mobile booked online | |||||
Dear sir, I booked redmi note 9 pro mobile through online website www.mobobiz.com on 16.07.2020 under order id number 2125268. Payment of rs.13499/- was done through phonepe as per their website. After 2-3 days, i got a message that their ultimate supplier is supplying fake models so they have cancelled all such orders and refund will be made made as per banking revision procedure within 3 to 5 days. But i did not get any refund till date. I approached to them and written on [protected]@mobobiz.com on 29.07.2020 and sent several reminders but still they are not responding. I did whatsapp on their number [protected] but not responding. It seems to be an online fraud with so many people and thus request you to take strict actions against all accused and please help me getting me refund of my hard earned money of rs.13499/-.
