Mobobiz — Refund my money

I have purchased a redmi note 9 pro max mobile @₹17999 on 22nd july. At first they told i will get the product by 3 days then they told that they are going to cancel the order and refund me within 1 week. But till now i didn't get the refund. Now the didn't take up the phone nor did they reply to the emails. What shall i do??😞😞 please help
