Hi,

So many complaints about this company and here is one more, Yes I am also one among those got cheated by this company Mobuz Solutions & guy, Syed who represents it and struggling to get my money refunded without no success since last around 4 years. Now, Syed blocked my mobile number in phone to avoid my incoming calls and stopped response to any form (call/text/email) of communications.

I find it very unfortunate I couldn't do much research about this company before getting involved & paying them sum of 50 thousands INR. Hope, in future, this complaint will sure give a heads up to those who find it before dealing with Syed and his company

Paid this company, represented by Syed Mohseen, a refundable deposit of Rs 50, 000 for H1B visa processing in 2014. Since H1B process itself takes long course of time to come to end, this guy so called Syed Mohseen kept saying that result is still pending and cannot conclude the outcome throughout entire 2014, this was intentionally just to delay my ask for refund. I doubt these ppl even file any H1B application of anyone since they can't even produce/show education assessment certificate or LBA or attorney details or any sort of documents to proof the attempt to filing H1B for ppl they took the money from.

Beyond that time in late 2014 chasing Syed for refund is total harassment, since last 3+ years till date, every time Syed gives new date for refund which normally was after a month or two from that point in time. Look at the height, Syed many times faked bank transfer sms ( typed himself faking bank alert) and forwarded me that transfer is already initiated by him and I would be receiving the money soon which never happened till date

The only thing these ppl are doing - is wasting everyone's time since he knows well people are much occupied in making their living, difficult for them to save time from their routine to chase him forever. What innocent deceived people can do at maximum is -- just writing emails, sending sms and giving him calls. Syed responds for sometime and at the end, stop accepting calls & reply to emails & msg and at last, Syed blocks their mobile numbers to even let them to contact him. This has happened with me too. Best part in his & his company scam plan is - Syed & company targets people in other cities and countries to make it more difficult to get hold of him and his company.

Long story short, Syed, his company & his mates - Mahesh, Anand & few more are cheaters, running scam and dupe innocent people in name of H1B file. Stop doing any sort of business with him to save yourself and others.
