Updated by Uma1973 I have sent the following mail to customer support of mod technologies:
I have sent a mail to you earlier that my account has been blocked due to multiple login.
1. I have not used this account to make any multiple login. Then why was my account blocked?
2. I have not received any replies from you as customer care for mod technologies. If i dont get proper replies from you, how would you expect people like us to perform within the stipulated date?
3. I tried to contact pratik several times who was instrumental in geting the agreement signed. Now his mobile is switched off. He kept calling me several times in a day untill i signed the contract. When i asked him how to start with the entries, he just gave me the link to customer care, and contact details. He also used to be active in whatsapp. Now he has totally disappeared.
4. If anybody from customer care does not contact me for my issues, i will not be able to submit the forms on time. Then i will not pay any penalty to mod technologies.
5. I should not be held responsible for something that is not my mistake. If i dont receive any replies from you, i will go to consumer court.
6. I have seen the numerous complaints that have been posted against mod technologies and they are not good.
7. I have tried to the best of my abilities to fulfil the conditions, but if i am unable to login, and get proper customer support, i am not to be held responsible.
If i am harrassed in any way, i will go to the press and see to it that the fraudulent persons are taken to task.
