Me (Devendra - flat number 509ad) bought flats in emerald heights 2 month back and registration was also done on july 9th 2017. While making deal there was a commitment to deliver flats within 2 month but till date i could not see much progress in my flats. Most of the work is pending. Every time i call customer care getting same reply like flooring work is going on and material is not available.

I just wanted to know in bullet points that what is the progress, how much work is completed in last 2 month and how it planned next. But could not get any information.

I also kept asking for the escalation matrix and management contact information to raise my concern but could not get much info and customer care people are unable to share info.

I regret and apologize for the above complaint. (dellay inn handing over the flat). All my issues in the flat are resolved on time. I appreciate the team and its management for their supportive responses. I have taken the possession of the flat with satisfaction. please ignore the complaint.

I have posted a complaint in the consumer complaints - stating that I have not received my flat . i apologize for the same as I have realized that the builder still had time to handover the same as per the agreement of sale.

I have now received my flat and no issues with the company.

I sincerely regret having the above false complaint.

Update to my previous review -

Society has grown and all the services has been improved a lot.

This apartment society is genuinely a great place to live now. The community is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with ample greenery and open spaces. Facilities such as the clubhouse, gym, children’s play area, and walking tracks are kept in good condition and are regularly serviced.

Security is excellent—guards are professional, polite, and available 24/7. The management team is cooperative and addresses maintenance requests promptly. Daily utilities like water, electricity, and housekeeping services run smoothly without disruptions.

The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, and residents are warm and respectful. Parking is well-organized, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable.

Overall, this society offers a pleasant, convenient, and high-quality living experience. Highly recommended for families and working professionals.
