Modi Hyundai — Delay in delivering documents of the vehicle. | |||||
I had bought a Tourist Permit Hyundai Xcent S CRDi from Modi Thane and got the delivery of the vehicle on 7th Jan 16. At that time I was told that I would receive all my documents within 45days. Today it's 7th Apr 16 and am yet to receive my RC. The RTO guy at the showroom says my work at RTO is stuck due to some reason and is saying that he cannot do anything more in that. Now my business has also come to an halt as I did not have my RC so the cab service in which I had enrolled my cab has freezed my account. Really disappointed with them, had to face a lot of issues while buying the vehicle as well. Am not getting any satisfactory help from the showroom. Was this information helpful? | |||||
