One of the worst service experience. I was charged ~5k and was not provided service of any kind. Mr.Swapnil Koli, the assigned hyundai co-ordinator is possibly the worst co-ordinator that can be assigned to you. I had given my car (MH-02 BD 551) on Saturday and had requested a normal routine service request including oil change, coolant top-up and replacement if required, washing, greesing, air conditioning servicing and other minor services. Mr. Swapnil did not reach out to me even once after the initial request call. I had to call him again and again asking for updates. The service was expected to be completed within a day. My car was returned to me after 2 days and no service of any kind done, simply the washing was also not done. The coolant was not topped up or replaced, no greesing was done, simply to put the car was returned to me as I had delivered it at the service station two days back on Saturday. Mr. Swapnil has no value for the customer and is concerned with only fooling people. I had to reach out to him multiple times to get an update and multiple silly reasons were provided by him to dodge giving updates, such as I'm outside, in hospital, driving, doing other work and what not. I have been an hyundai car owner for the past 12 years and have been giving my car for service at this service station, however this experience was the worst one that I had in my 12 years of being an hyundai owner. I had to waste out my weekend due to the mere negligence and careless attitude of Mr.Swapnil Koli. Being charged 5k for the services and not receiving them being done is nothing but pure and simple cheating. Modi Hyundai service center, requesting you to take to take some serious action against Mr. Swapnil Koli as this kind of people will divert your long time customers and force them to service at a different place. I had to invest 5k seperately to replace my coolant as a whole and top-up my car oils from nearby petrol pump as they were at dangerously low levels. It is very surprising how a long time customer is treated in such a way and the car is returned without doing anything but charging the full cost of servicing. Sincere request to Modi Hyundai service center to take a look into the matter and take appropriate action on the concerned people. Was this information helpful? | |
