Modicare service really sucks. Their andheri msc (Mumbai) employees are least bothered. They were supposed to close my dp 2 months back and refund my money but still nothing. They are just delaying for no good reason because they are too lazy to do their job. I have been requesting them evryday and all they do is delay and give me false date. I was assured that i will get the money anyhow by 23rd of may, 18 so i issued a cheque to somebody from my account dated 24th may, 18. Today i spoke with one of their heads and still she gave me a further date and when i said i need money by tomorrow anyhow as i have issued a cheque to somebody, she simply said she cannot help. I am already paying extra interest because of the delay and now i am really stuck bad with these lazy and careless people. Was this information helpful? |
