While placing an order through Mojo App today, the payment was successful (through Paytm) however the order was not created. I tried several support chat options which is not helpful to raise a complaint/request.
I even emailed to their support with transaction details, its been 6 days there is no response.
Their chat support doesnt allow to share any details, its scripted response didn't help in this matter.
Their contact numbers are either invalid or no options to speak to their support to explain the problem.
