Not delivered food

On 23 of July I ordered pizza at 11.45pm but pizza is not delivered by them but in Zomato app it showing already delivered.
We called restaurant to complaint this one of them told they will refund the payment but still no response from them if we call also not picking up the call.

At 2:30 am, 18th June midnight, delivery forced the customer to walk down the apartment from 3rd floor to collect the order.
Customer politely asked whether the delivery person can see the location and help delivering at the door, but the delivery guy was completely disrespectful towards the customer & threatened directly to collect else Cancel the order.
The same delivery Guy, connected his supervisor number who was even more disrespectful towards the customer and he did the same thing by shouting at the customer and directed to cancel the order.
Mojo Pizza is this the quality you are featuring and promoting ?
This is about Women Safety. Now help me with an understanding, that, who will be held responsible if this thing had led to Some emergency situations.

Mojo Pizza is absolutely fraud.Their outlet near Karishma Society, Kothrud, Pune has been closed since last two years bur they are still taking money & not delivering Pizza.

My payment was successful but the order failed

While placing an order through Mojo App today, the payment was successful (through Paytm) however the order was not created. I tried several support chat options which is not helpful to raise a complaint/request.
I even emailed to their support with transaction details, its been 6 days there is no response.
Their chat support doesnt allow to share any details, its scripted response didn't help in this matter.
Their contact numbers are either invalid or no options to speak to their support to explain the problem.

Non veg pizza delivered instead of veg
I ordered a veg pizza From Mojo and am a vegetarian, but I saw meat pieces in it. This is so disgusting and disrespectful to the customer who are ordering veg.
I did raise a complaint to the mojo support. They raised it at their end and I'm not sure what is the status on it.
One thing for sure, I wouldn't order anymore from them as I am just so disgusted with this event.

I ordered a pizza on 23rd June 2022. My order got confirmed and was getting prepared. For 30min MOJO app shown that order is getting prepared and suddently I got a message that my order is cancelled. I ordered from MOJO for the very first time and got disappointed. I was promised the refund by 3-4 working days. And today is 29th June 2022 still no refund. I then messaged MOJO on whatsapp chat for my refund they assigned me a customer service assistant and I wrote my issue. To my suprise the assistant ignored my messages. Then I reached MOJO via Email. I sent 2 emails about my complaint and got no response in Email too. They keep ignoring me everywhere and everyday. I want my refund but I am helpless right now.

This order was delayed and when I spoke to the delivery agent, he was outright rude and asked to cancel the order if you feel its delayed.
But the MOJO system conveniently has made it tough for the CUSTOMERs by not having kind of CUSTOMER support number, just a stupid bot service which is of no use.
The delivery person after an hour or so has cancelled the order at his end and we were left hungry and frustrated.
The worst part is that the BOT says that there is no refund for the order now.
This is by far the ### service I have seen in my food deliVERY EXPERience.

Poor quality pizza

I had ordered pizza from mojo pizza worth 269 rs. The pizza was of very bad quality and it made me sick so i placed a complaint and they refunded my amount into mojo wallet as mojo credits. But i dont want to order again any pizza and therefore want my money to be transferred from mojo wallet to my real account as i am not at all interested in availing their service after such a bad experience. i had paid for my previous order in cash and they are not responding to my emails, messages or anything. They are not giving my money back.

I ordered a pizza last week and my money got debited hwoever my order did not went through. When I contacted their support (only on chat and email they wont let you call them) they kept saying the same thing that "they have not received it and its stuck between payment gateway and will return back in 4-5 days". It was as if someone is copy pasting the same message and the support executives name wont change either. So am sure this is a auto generated message.

I have ordered 2 pizza's from mojo pizza application but 1st time my order got cancelled so again I have ordered and got placed but my 1st cancelled order's amount not yet received.

Its Pathetic & Disgusting. I ordered Pizza (Qty 3) from MOJO Pizza app and it was supposed to be deliver in an hour. Pizza delivery after placing order takes 1 HOUR !!! still I will say fine no issues.
But after confirming my order with prior payment it suddenly got cancelled after 1.5 hours with out any confirmation or message or call.
How order can be cancelled automatically after it is out for delivery ?
Also you cannot contact any of their given numbers. All contact numbers are fake. Money is also not refunded quickly. You need to wait for 4 to 5 days or even more.
Disgusting and very cheap service to customers.

What a pathatic service.
And mojopizza numbers are not working.

Mojo Pizza offers numerous products, some of which are “cheese burst“ directly implying that the product contains an excess of cheese. On the 24th of June, I ordered one such product. It contained zero cheese (which leaves aside the question of an excess of cheese). I have been robbed of approximately one hundred rupees considering the current rates of cheese and adjusting for the fact that the cheese, in this case, is part of an end-consumer product, not an item in itself. Since Mojo Pizza has thousands of customers, it is possible that they have benefited—and will benefit—from tens or hundreds of lakhs of rupees by delivering such orders as the one I received today.

Breadsticks were good
Chickenwings were raw and neither cooked nor grilled
Choco lava cakes were dry with no lava inside
Delivery boy';s mask was hanging below his chin ...PLEASE dont put ur staff and we customers at risk during this ongoing pandemicTerribly disappointed
This order was placed to celebrate the results of my daughter's10th grade CBSE exams and Mojo Pizza just ruined the celebrations

Complain about refund and disrespectful behavior
I have ordered pizza and my amount got deducted but mojo didn't accepted the order and thereafter i followed up with customer care they said they refunded the amount and gave me transaction details i checked with my bank they such transaction never happened to my account, secondly they stopped responding to me after that, i don't understand why you all disrespect and treat customer so badly the name of the executive was arif.
Requesting you to help me and the incidence took place on 21st of pay. And till today no refund no reply despite sending mails

raw meat and not letting me to use my money

The last time i ordered a pizza, i got raw chicken on it. They told they will give the full refund + 150 credits. First they gave only ₹150 credits, after asking them again they gave the refund amount of ₹289 and took away the ₹150 credits.
Ordered on: nov 9th, 9:51pm
Now when i am trying to place the order it doesn't not allow me to use my mojo cash with a coupon.
They say u can't use to offers at the same time.
How does it make sense? Mojo cash is not an offer that i have recieved, it is the amount i have recieved for your negligence and bad quality food served.
They literally served raw chicken, i could have got food poisoning.
It's my money that they are not allowing me to use, the way i want.
How does it make sense for me to pay double the amount, when i can pay half of the amount using the code.
They are making me pay extra.
And their customer service people do not know what's happening, they dont know anything, each of them tell a different thing.
I would want my money back in my bank account.
It's a terrible experience with mojo.
Later on i tried again,
I tried placing the order using the half price ticket/coupon and i used the mojo cash it deducted the mojo cash amount and asked me to pay the remaining amount only.. Of ₹138 but now they are asking me to pay the whole money of ₹430.
Customer service people are extremely rude they just disconnect the call, without even listening to the issue.
I would want my refund in my bank account or paytm account.

I have ordered a pizza on 15th aug'18 with cashback offer through paypal. However, till today even after months. I never got my cashback. Even after writing them multiple times. I never get a reply from them with a proper answer.
If the cashback is just marketing tactics. The people should know that these are just hoax and my loyalty to mojo has reduced.

On 4th of november, i gave an order to mojo pizza through zomato. And i
Received it on time. As usual, it was the best pizza experience given by
Mojo. My issue started later, when i called a support executive enquiring,

I have the bill and they have bow started neglecting my calls

found a stone in the pizza

We had ordered a mojo pizza on 24-sep-2017 at around 9.00 pm and while having it we tasted it little bit different and looking into the slice we found a stone piece. I immediately raised this concern with mojo pizza but till now there was no action taken place. Could you please take a immediate action as this a matter of food and it should not happen any of the customers

Zomato app they said "we deliver in your area but when we order they didn't. Please note order id HQH670 of Rs.373 has not been delivered to the address mentioned hence we have cancelled the order. kindly refund our dues as soon as possible.
