Momoe Express — Fake product received

I saw ads of bra and underwear in facebook and ordered the same. I didn’t know the website where I placed an order at first. But when I recieved the fake product, actually it’s a second hand underwear where there is a bad smell. I tracked it thru delhivery site and I came to know it was from MOMOE EXPRESS. In the billing address they were mentioning Shopify Enterprises Delhi. The mobile no they have written was also unreachable. I kindly request you to lodge a complaint against them.
