Monad University — concern about my degree certificate provided by university

My name is naziha nazir kochan kokkal. I studied in monad university as a student of bachelor of commerce for session[protected] with enrollment number mu1316bcom34678. My concern is that i applied for student visa to canada and i recieved a letter from canadian embassy stating monad university certificate is found fake and to respond within 10 days. I really wanted to know why this happened. Hope you can clarify my doubt and support me at your best.
