I bought Oreo . As it was melted I kept it in fridge and as I took it out to eat there was an oil drenched to it and it was smelling . So I would like to know what is this or else I am gonna take it to my uncle as he is food inspector. Because eating it or even buying it is unhealthy some what. I bought Cadbury Temptation (Rs 90 pack) from my nearest general store on July 8th, 2018. It's packaging date is Dec. 2017 with best before 9 months. So it is not expired yet but when I unwrapped it to eat, I got shocked. I'm attaching the photos, I captured, to show you. I contacted the company 3 times about this via email and sent clicks of the product. It has been more than 20 days, but nothing yet. WTF!...

The cadbury dairy milk that i and recently was gritty to be specific it was not smooth with i started chewing it.. It had solid particle coming up to the taste plus the texture to the chocolate was also not up-to the mark like it used to be previously the dairy milk was very specific about the texture as well as the taste of it but to be honest it has degraded it's quality and i'm very sorry to say so you should really look after your products...

I have been consuming cadbury's products for long. Their crackle chocolate is one of my favorites.
I have tried silk also and its good but not as good as crackle.
In the month of feb. 2018 i was gifted four silk oreo chocolates which was purchased from somewhere near my local area. The manufacturing date on the product is may 2017 so i had more than 100 days to consume the chocolates before it gets expired. The chocolates were...

Recently i bought three packets of Oreo Sandwhich biscuit for self-consumption. When opened the packs, i saw that the cream of the biscuits were having fungus in it.

In fact, all the case was with all the three packets.

I am really dissatified with the quality and sad that such a big company like Cadbury and Mondelez will offer such low quality things.

I immediately want my money and new biscuit...

Roasted Almond Chocolate

There was a worm inside the chocolate. I ate some of the contents before spotting the worm. I have a video of the worm arising inside the chocolate bar. It is well within the expired date of consumption. 6 months clear. While I am very concerned about my health, I also wish to make it amply clear that if no response is received by your company within 7 days, I will be proceeding with a consumer court...

We are retail store selling Cadbury chocolates but the refrigerator provided by company is not working at all. Inspite of complaining the company is not responding . Even the person who came by calling on toll free no. didn't mend it properly. Hope to get respond soon. We are suffering from past 4 months. Chocolates are getting melt due to high temperatures....

Dear Sir we have been regularly buying Cadbury dairy milk chocolate ( Rs 5/-) from the provision store near our office. The chocolate comes in a super packing and inside the chocolate looks like it is very old and looks corroded !!! It looks expired or it has been wet and has fungus like things on it !! Few days back our cadburys agency got changed to mondelez india. At the beginning they delivered the chocolates as well as other cadburys products. As soon as we finished the payment of the products they have undertaken order of cadburys products 1 month back....

I got a message that was from cadbury india in which it was written if you do a survey you would get a gift hamper from cadbury india. At the end of the survey it said me to whatsapp that message to 15 ppl and i also did that but after that he retold me to do it again and it was not moving forward from that webpage. It is veru unsatisfactory from your side and is not acceptable from such a big company i would like you to give me my hamper...

I bought 3 dairy milk silk worth 65 before 2 days on 27-06-18 from local retailer and today on 29-06-18 My 4 year son tore the pack and start eating it he ate half of the chocolate but what I saw there was worms in chocolates
I m literally scared wen did I need to rush to doctor it could be very dangerous for him..I will spread the picture of half eaten chocolate by my son on social media would tell everyone dnt buy such rubbish product...

Regret to inform you that for the first time we had a very unpleasant experience.

Recently we bought a 'cadbury celebrations' pack, to our surprise when we unwrapped both the dairy milk and 5-star chocolates, the milk chocolate inside had a very brittle texture and the 5-star had holes in it, hence couldn't be consumed.

Hi, yesterday (21st june’ 2018) bought two cadbury dairy milk silk from local store in mumbai and when i teared the wrap, found that chocolate is in white colour powder type. Then i opened second one, the same found in other chocolate too. Also, attaching the photographs for your information. It can be harmful and may cause any illness.

Kindly revert on this grievance or else have to go with further course of action.

Worst experience with cardbury monster gems. The photo explains all.

We had found worms in the chocolates bought for children. This was bought from kalyan hyper market.

Few of the chocolates were also consumed by the children too. This is absolutely not acceptable as it affects the health of children and that too from a reputed mnc.

With this experience i will be never again opting for a cardbury...

While eating cadbury monster gems (Images attached) suddenly, i found a choco candy which was damaged, eroded and danked, presumably infected by fungus. This is too much annoying for a consumer regarding his/her health issue. The respective images are attached herewith. Kindly do the needful to sustain product quality in order to maintain one's health okay....
