Mapro Complaints & Reviews

I have placed order on 02/10/2024 of Mapro tomato ketchup 600ml ( quantity: 2) of total price 252/- (302/- including delivery charges).
But as per Mapro WhatsApp message to me payment is pending.
Actually I completed payment of 302/- using GooglePay and it's successful.

No one is reposnding from company side about this.
I got cheated??...

I as a huge fan of mapro products is now so much disappointed this time from mapro!
There is hardly any choclate or khakra and mapro drinks I have just ignored as a regular customer of mapro garden, Mahabaleshwar and of lonavla. I just want to open the eyes of authorities of mapro now!!As mapro provides free samples to taste and make sure of quality I became fond of mapro, but now this time mapro has disappointed me a lot.
I am talking about the order number 3473... 1st on 29th of April I placed a order.. on a random conversation with mapro I asked from customer care executive that when my order will be delivered, he told it has been delivered and suddenly he laughed with his friend and then I asked him that what's wrong why he is laughing, then he told that one of your order is despatched and other one is not because we don't have nankhatayi and we forgot to call u that as it's not in stock so we can't send that to your delivery adress. I was then shocked than I placed a complaint against mapro on 5th of may.. then at the same day there is a good manager from mapro Named Arbazz he had a conversation with me and promised me that he will surely dispense the order as soon as he can.. and he nicely kept him promise I received the products, was happy but then when I have opened them the bottles are cracked and hence forth now I can't even enjoy the drinks also.
My family was waiting for the products from so long as I am resident of haryana, as I thought that it's better either not to carry them from pune, lonavla store rather it can be delivered online if that's available and now m so disappointed from packaging AND late delivery...
Even after all this I have placed one more order yesterday now m scared as it is gift for someone it shouldn't be delivered as a broken bottle.
Sir neither m greedy o[censored]r gifts nor I want to create a issue just want to inform that only arbazz sir can't handle all the things mapro needs more good team along with arbazz to handle packaging and delivery on time m not here to just complaign I am here writing so that there must a change from ur end so that customers shouldn't get disappoint the way I am today.
Anyways special thanx to Mr arbaz as he is helping till now also.

Careless attitude towards customer and products we can never expect from a company like mapro..
This is a real incidence happened to me, on 29 April 2023 I placed a order and thought that it will be delivered within 7 days or so.. but on 4th of may around 11 am I called on mapro customer care number and then they jst told that product that I ordered is out of stock.. and I have to change the order items..
That was fine to me exactly but they told half of the order is already dispatched but few items will be delivered later.. than I realised that it should be checked online.. I checked it online, to my surprise till the tym I didn't called them up.. they even didn't packed any of my order..
I was going home after long tym thought will gift these products to my family members now I am going empty hands

Hi Team,

I found small warms in in chocolate of mapro's mazaana chocolate almond dates.

This is really serious and need to be addressed asap.

If i don't get any reply, i will publish the post and videos on social media.

Being a regular user of Ginger & Lemon Squash of Mapro, i am very disappointed to inform you that the product I bought from Lonavla mapro store, is useless. The usual consistency/thickness is missing and the taste/flavour is not upto the mark. Please take necessary actions and do the needful. Thanks.

I was distributor of mapro, but company has changed the distributor.But the stock left with me didn't transferred to new distributor
Till now i left with the mapro stock, and company persons also not responding properly and not even resolving my issue of clearing the stock

The Kala Khatta squash bough from Mapro outlet recently at Mahableshwar has black hard plasticky particles in it. The taste is very synthetic and like a chemical rather than a squash or drink

Please look into the matter. Product is not old or expired but taste is very bad and there are particles in it.

I am A retailer, selling products of mapro & mazana. i have Expired products of mapro & mazana but Distributors are not replacing it and the spqn of that is almost a 1.5 year now. do the need full otherwise i have to go to the Consumer forum

Regarding expired productt

Kindly note that while travelling from Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai. On the way at your Wai factory outlet I bought following Items :

1. 2 Nos. white Rose syrup

2. 1 No. Mango Jam

3. 1 No. Citrus Blue bottle

4. 1 No. Pra Strawberry Jam

But I forgot the same on counter only and afterwards I also relaised that they didnt give me bill also.

Please check at your end and reply. I am also ready to pay courier charges if required.

I have buy Amla Ginger Squash from one shop.
The bottle contains something black thing inside it.

Hi bought the jam from your lonavala factory in nov'19 and mfg date is aug'19... While the expiry is mention after18 mth.. I. E., jan'21... Today we are standing in july'20 tat means11-12 mth of mfg and found a fungus in my bottle... Pls suggest when the validity date is still there... How come the fungus happened to it..

I had purchased tomato ketchup from local retail vendor nagesh at manjri br. Pune solapur road, near oxygen vally hapdapsar pune.

We purchased on 7th march and open for use... Just taken one bite and observed that the product is very bad quality... It was having foul smell... I believe tomatos used for production looks like very bad quality and having fungus generated...

I tried to contact customer care cell [protected] at around 10pm but no one answered...

I found a piece of plastic inside mapro whole strawberry crush bottle.
Stamp shows manufacturing batch of "jul. 18"
I am afraid how many such small articles of plastic would be there in their strawberry crush syrup, where it would really be difficult to identify small plastic particles in such thick syrup.
It is dangerous.
I am shocked to see that a company like mapro is not following basic safety standards which can risk a human life.

Mai apke products ka retailer hu maine apki company k sos, jam or syrup bechne k liye meri shop me rakhe the un product me mere paas jam bache hue hai uski expire date khatam ho chuki hai. Magr ab apka distributer une vapas lene se mana kar raha hai. Meri apse vinati hai please ap vah expire maal vapas le jaye or mujhe dusra maal de ya mera paisa vapas kare.

Attaching pics of falero chews. Manufacturing date has been hidden with silver lining.

Also, these expired chews are assorted into the newer ones, thus making it impossible to identify.

At my office, we got almost 3-4 jars of such chews which has got same expired lot. Once scratched, it shows manufacturing of june 2015 - almost 2 yrs now. Had dropped a mail to mapro to study the issue and revert back. Field officer visited the premises and surveyed the expired product on friday, june 9 but no one has responded since then.

Dear Mapros company i just bought your mapros strawberry jam bottle from a store and when i opened it i was amazed as i found a coacroach in the bottle i have taken the photos of the the same and will be complaining to consumer court for this as this is unacceptable this can kill someone as a comsumer i am very much dissatisfied with your product now and will never dare to use i want everyone who reading this complaint should know this that don't use mapros product as this can take your life a serious action should be taken against this company and will make sure that this goes to the consumer court!

I bought this product from Mapro farms in mahableshwar from there certified store.The manufacturing date is may 16 and it's valid up to 12 months.whenever I have been using this product in cold milk it gets curdled up within 5 mins.The thick part comes up n down the water settles.And its unfit for drinking.Not satisfies with the product n not highly recommended for the public.
