[Resolved]  Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Chocolates inside Cadbury Celebration pack totally damaged and fragile whereas primary and secondary packing proper

Sir,

With due respect I want to state that I am Sudipta Bera, an employee of the Health department, I purchased a Cadbury Celebration Pack for my 7 years old son. Expiry dates of the pack 18.02.2024. Means it will be used by 18.02.2024. But today means on 18.02.2024 when I open the celebration pack to take chocolate, all of them totally damaged and fragile when I open the wrapper of chocolates one by one. Whereas expiry dates of damaged chocolate seen from the wrapper is May, 2024. All the chocolates of this celebration pack spoiled and I threw it to the dustbin. With this I also threw away 150 rupees which I spent to buy it.

It is not expected form Cadbury Like Company and please suggest what to do.
