retailer name is - vivek kumar jain and his shop name is JAIN GIFT HOUSE, deen dayal nagar, moradabad - u.p.
complaint - the wizicooler provided by company and distributor, wizicooler is used to chill other products instead of cadbury products.
as - NESTLE CHOCLATES, AMUL BUTTER, FROOTI, APPY FIZZ, and other cold drinks and dairy...

After opening the pack, the chocolates had a very bad taste and a foul smell. The product seemed spoiled and was completely unfit for consumption, IT has Bad in quality, it has Brown and White Mark on it, it has Fungus present on it. It causes problem to health. I am very disappointed as this pack was purchased as a gift for my family, it caused disappointment and inconvenience. I request you to please look into this matter seriously.br...

My p7 payout is not coming after mulitple reminder your company so Parminder Singh never visit our place never attend our call and also your company salesman always call him from my store ask him about my payout he told him to take the cancel cheque with him . the salesman take the cheque around 20 times. But your so never attend or Solve my problem now he is change and new one come...

I recently bought a Dairy Milk chocolate bar and was pleasantly surprised to find two pieces inside one wrapper! I think this might have been a manufacturing error, but it definitely made my day 😊

Just thought I’d share it with you — maybe it was a rare packing glitch. I’ve attached a photo in case you're curious.

I brought a dairymilk silk mousse of rs 100.
And it found full of fungus after opening the packet, but its expiry date was valid till 14/10/2025....

I attach herewith the invoice for rs 900/-.
I paid my hard-earned money.
I bought earlier also.
Packed carelessly.
As aresult all chocolates melted and ar spoiled very badly.
My family has to throw it away into garbage.
And we lost our money because of you.
Will you refund?

I bought the latest pokemon edition Oreo cookies family pack which says there is a Pokemon card inside every pack. This pack did not have any pokemon card. This seems like a scam since I bought the family pack only for the card.

I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding your product, Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate. On 4th December 2024, I purchased the chocolate from a shop opposite Navodaya Medical College, Raichur district. Upon opening the packaging, I was shocked to find visible fungus/mold on the product, indicating a severe lapse in quality control.

This is an alarming health hazard and an unacceptable failure from a reputed brand like...

Same which i complained on their platform but (S[protected] on 7th Nov 2024 and sample handover to their executive on 18th Nov 2024 still no response from them.

Upon opening the packet, I was disappointed to find that the Gems inside were in uncut strips and the inside gems crushed and damaged. There were loose gems found at the bottom of the packet. I bought Cadbury bournville intense 70% dark chocolate from Zepto, I opened it few days later to eat and ate most of it until I reached the last block of chocolate and saw there was a big dead fly inside the chocolate.

I bought 2 five-star chocolate boxes from a nearby store and all the chocolates inside the box are spoiled and has whitish, spotty layer.
