today I bought crispello from a shop nearby for INR 35 and when I opened it it was completely covered by fungus also the texture was very rough it had structures like worms in it.
also, the expiry has not yet come
it has mfd MAY 2023

the shopkeeper refused to take it back and give me another piece, It is terrific for a brand like Cadbury products and brand value

    Dangerous Cadbury mini chocolate

    I got a completely dissatisfying chocolate from dairy-milk. The chocolate is full of little bubbles on it and holes in it. We unknowingly consume it and suffered a lot. One of our family member suffered from vomiting, loose motion, cough, and high fever. We had paid about 10, 000 Rs for medicine + travel and doctor fees, The doctor fees was 2200 is just for 1 day whereas my family member was there for 2 days on glucose. The fact is that chocolate...

        I got four celebrations on bhaidooj 14.11.2023 but when I cut celebration ( 15.11.2023) and I cut dairy milk pack I was totally socked, these are not edible. I also gave two dairy milk packet two children they also ate these and they told me It was not good to eat . Now you can tell me that children eats these and if they can affect any harmful diseases will you take responsibility for them?? I complain this matter and I hope you can take appropriate action . And atlast I demand compensation against this.

            Just bought a dairy milk celebration pack recently, and all the chocolates inside were not what they come in their loose packs.
            The chocolate was dry and grainy, not something you'd expect from Cadbury.

            If possible, I'd like to get a refund for the pack bought.

                The company has not yet resolved the complaint.

                They arent giving any acknowledgement regards to the missing pack.

                They dont want to accept the pack is missing and not willing to give any response in writing.

                Customer executive says i will come and give you 1 piece which is missing..!! Preposterous approach.

                The company refuses to acknowledge ans replace the whole pack which they should.

                  I bought a 6 piece chocobakes of cadbury. But upon opening the pack only 5 pieces were found inside.

                  Complaint was made and their customer service executive says, i will come and give you the 1 piece missing, but they refuse to provide an email acknowledging that they made this error and that they will take measures to prevent such in the future.

                  But they are refusing to acknowledge the problem officially.

                  It seems that there could be a larger problem at hand and they dont want to accept.

                        I have brought five star chocolates from a shop near to my house for my kid, and i have noticed that the product is full of insects on it. I feel very depressed a lot. The cadbury firm should bare my mental agony. Now a days big firms are playing with people health, if we have ate these in a dark place, we wouldn’t have noticed it.                           I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and anger regarding a recurring issue with your products. I have encountered fungus on multiple occasions in Cadbury chocolate bars, including the most recent one. Initially, I tried to overlook this problem by disposing of the affected bars.                             Chocolates were spoilt. They had whitish layer on them and the texture didn't seem fit to be consumed. This is very disappointing! Almost every time this happens with me. I used to be very fond of Cadbury dairy milk but the continuous disappointment has developed an aversion from my side.

                                I have received cadbury celebration pack from my brother. All of the dairymilk cadbury were having fungus ok it which can be seen with naked eyes. It was really disgusting to see ani so shameful of dairymilk to provide this type of service. I want compensation on this that's it. Otherwise I'm seriously going to take strict actions against cadbury

                                  Today I took out the Cadbury Bournvita pack that I bought this year, when I opened the pack I saw it turned solid. I noticed that the expiry date was not there on the pack. I took out the solid bournvita and I saw some part of the bournvita turned white. It surely is something other than the contents of Cadbury bournvita as the white part was looking like powder. It's so unhygienic, It seems like the bournvita gets fungus or other.
                                  I just want to know about the white powder that came on the product, I want the answer that what this white powder is? And where did it came from?
