Cadbury Gems Home Treat

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with your product, Cadbury Gems Home Treats. Upon opening the packet, I was disappointed to find that the Gems inside were in uncut strips and the inside gems crushed and damaged. There were loose gems found at the bottom of the packet. This completely defeated the purpose of the product, as it was not in the condition I expected or paid for....

Dairy milk silk oreo stale oil smell

We bought three Dairy milk silk oreo chocolate bars for Rs.85/- each in Thrussur Kerala on 7 May 2024.
The manufacture date of one 03 feb 2024 and expiry date 02 Feb 2025.
All three has oil stains on its cover and smells of stale oil.
Spending so much of money and not able to eat the chocolate is a very sad state.
Wonder if we will be compensated....

Less weight and number of biscuits in package

I bought 10 rupees orea biscuit, usually 5 biscuits in the pack to meet the weight, but in this pack 4 biscuits only packed in the packaged no. P[protected]B3B....

Oreo biscuit contain thread

I have bought the two Oreo biscuit packs. One is good another packet has very bad taste and contain black woolen thread.. I request indian consumer complaint team to take immediate legal action against Cadbury because many childrens eat ores atleast weekly ones...it is very bad for health. It's is not first time I'm already seen some white shells before a month.....

Am from a small town in Tamilnadu, excat location is coonoor, The niligiris. Pin 643202.
I run a small grocery shop.. Shop name is SRI SAI MINI MART. HOSSATTY. COONOOR THE NILIGIRIS.

I bought Cadbury Diary Milk Silk Hazelnut and it was packed using Medical Tape in inside.

Such unhygienic and unhealthy packaging is not expected from such renowned company....

Less quantity getting from Cadbury gems

I purchased a 5 rs Cadbury gems packet from a local shop. As they claim that net wt 7.9 gm per 5 rs packet but I feel from outside that only 2 quantity of balls inside which is not equivalent to what they claimed . It is very disappointing for any customer specially from Cadbury. Need solution as soon as possible....

I found a worm in my completely sealed Oreo Crme Choco biscuit package

I had purchased a combo pack of oreo biscuits (pack of 5) and after I opened the sealed packet, I noticed a brown coloured worm swarming in the cream.The pictures for proof are attached alongwith.
This is unacceptable I had opened it for my 10 year old cousin to eat.
Is this how oreo does quality check ?...
