This company totally fraud and cheat kind person. I hope so sebi take legal action another we are taking legally action against this company.

I am also added to this company cheat with my friend TUSHAR(+91 [protected]) from Junagadh (Gujarat), He is also paid 2.20 Lakh pay the company for service and my friend Tushar total loss made around 4 Lakh .This company totally Fraud and cheat kind person.I hope so SEBI take legal action another we are taking legally action against this company.

I paid this company rs5000/- online to help me but after receiving the payment they started asking for rs20000/- more for trading since I never had knowledge of Demat and trading account about which I told them, so they assured me to manage everything for me but after a day or so they started asking me for rs25000/- and to complete their package of RS one lakh or of rs61000/- which to my surprise I could not afford I sensed being cheated and asked them to refund my money but they simply refused and kept asking for more money.so kindly help me to refund my money as this happened on 11th of August and payment was made online by my SBI debit card and obliged.

This is the second time that I am complaining for the same subject. Still my issue is not resolved nor any higher authority has called me in this regard. Mr. Ayush Pal (company employee) is still demanding more money to refund all the 8.85 lacs. This is not done. Already till date I have paid him Rs.3.5lacs to get the refund of Rs.5.35lacs. Every time he called me & asked for payment. Along with him there are other employees from accounts Dept like Mr. Shaikhawat, Mr. Ansari who are equally involved in this fraud. Now, if Money classic research company doesn't refund my money, I will take this issue to new level. I have all the call & SMS records between me & these people. So demanding to fulfill my request at earliest.

I paid RS 5000/_ and later Mr Dharma need and Mr Amit Jain started demanding more money around Rs61000/- which I can't afford to pay as I agreed to pay only five thousand but the forced me to pay RS 25000/- and I don't have my Demat and trading account which is already told to them but they they have charged me and they are both fooling people and playing with others hard earned money.so kindly refund my money immediately .

Day 1
I got a call from money classic research for offering of service of 3 months on which i was about to pay 50k as the first instalment and next 50k after 3 – 5 days of service provided.
The executive referred himself as mr. Rahul rajput with call number +[protected].
The service to offer was discussed on the call mentioned below
1. End to end divestment in stock with profit of 20k per day as assurance based on the market flow.
2. The login details needs to be shared and rahul was to manage the accountability for profit making.
Despite not agreeing with the offer, mr. Rahul connected me with mr. Harshit jain as his sale and communication head with call number : - +[protected]
After the call i agreed for the plan of 3 months with the payment of 50k.
Considering as first instalment the amount of 50k was transferred from my kotak bank account to below account details

The confirmation of payment was received by mr. Rahul on the same day.
Day 2
After the confirmation of payment, mr. Rahul called again and requested to make the remaining payment of 50k. I denied making the payment then mr. Rahul and mr. Harshit called and said “we are not able to execute your file at the complete payment is not done”.
After lot of conversion i agreed to make the remaining payment of 50k to initiate the service.
As my account does not provide flexibility to more than 50k payment in 24hrs, mr. Rahul shared another account number with below details and the amount of 50k was transferred from my kotak bank account.

The confirmation of payment was received by mr. Rahul on the same day agreeing upon to start the service from the next day.
Day 3
Mr. Harshit called and informed me that my account cannot be created to their organization because my number got a lucky draw and i need to pay 1.5l more and the same service will be extended to 1 year. After multiple calls and disagreement i did not paid any more amount because i did not want to extend the service.
I received confirmation email from money classic with the payment details and the service, which i have downloaded.
I have shared email the problem to their email addresses but did not receive any communication.

Day 4
Mr. Rahul called and confirmed that he will start the service will start against my account from[protected] as the market open.
Day 5
Today again i got multiple calls from mr. Rahul and mr. Harshit for the remaining amount payment of 1.5l again offering the service extension of 1 year after many deny they offered me to waive of 50k and requested to pay 50k on the same day and remaining 50k can be paid later. I denied any payment to the organization and requested for return of payment, but they are not ready to refund any amount and are forcing to use sms based service which will come for 3 months and they will map the amount of 1l which i have paid.
I have shared an email to the organization stating i do not need any service from the organization and request them to refund my amount back to the account.
Please suggest me the next step.

This company is very fraud comp. They used to call people saying that we will give you profit frm market. We have research team. But they dont have any research team. They all stupid people are sitting over there like shankar pandey harami they made me loss of 22000/- in two day trade in option segment. So traders dont take any call from this company. Initially i. E. Around in the month of march 2016 i joined money classic research with the 11000rs payment for the service on stock market advice. Slowly they started demanding for more money for upgradation in service. Even though i was not interested, emotionally blackmailing started. Then one day they stopped giving me the advice & when i asked about it, they again started demanding more money. At that time, i had already paid them more than 5 lac rs. Then i stopped calling them telling myself that i lost my money & now no more to deal with them.
At that point, i had already lost around 5lac rs in share market just due to their wrong advice.
On 1st jul'16, mr. Ayush pal from same company called me & told me that he can refund all the money paid by me, if i pay 55000rs. So i did but as the days passed, every for other reason he started demanding more money again.In the view that i am going to get my paid money back to me i started giving him hoping that this is the last one. But the demand from these people never lasted & they kept on asking for money. Till today other than the earlier 5lacs, i have paid 2.8lacs more in saying that they are going to pay back me 7.1lacs
Today 22nd jul2016, i decided now no more payment & raise complaint against this fraud.

I am jayesh gangar and i was contacted by yours mr satyam. I was given a trial 2 times and i was told that you have 2 pay rs 7000/- for one months service and also told that there will be accuracy of 95%.

I agreed for the service and i was then contacted by your accounts team when the lady guided me to pay online an amount of rs 3000/- which i paid immediately.

Then after few minutes i got a call from mr aadesh mahajan who told me that what u have selected is basic service and you will not earn more that 25000/- a month.

He started forcing me to take premium service and told me to pay rs 10000/- immediately so that you get premium service.

On 12/07/2016 i got 4 premium calls and all were false. I made a loss of rs: 2160/-
On 13/07/2016 i got 4 calls out of which 1 premium was good call where i made a profit of rs: 1600/- but in rest 3 premium calls were bad call and i made a loss of rs: 4500/-
On 14/07/2016 i got 4 calls out of which 1 premium call was good where i made a profit of rs: 750/- but the rest 3 premium calls were bad and i made a loss of rs: 1450/-

Hence in 3 days i received 12 premium calls and out of which only 2 premium calls were good calls and 10 calls were bad hence your efficiency of premium calls is just 16% only and not 95% as claimed by you.

In last 3 days working on your premium calls cost me rs: 5760/- plus rs: 3000/- total rs: 8760/-

Hence i knew that money classic is a fraud company.

I request please don't cheat people. I also request you to stop your fraud business immediately or else i will be constrained to take appropriate legal action against you which you please make a not of.

Many time we inform to money classic research regarding should not want any message from money classic research, but till not stop & when we called to money classic research complain no i. e.-[protected] he cutted the call without any response or way of talking is too bad, so kindly stop the service message which is very burst.

I am complaint 60 days ago in money classic research complaint no.in company but they not solve, hii, my name is dharmendra savaliya from surat (+91 [protected]/+91 [protected]). oneday i have call from money classic service executive mr, rahul and said you will earn monthly 1-1.5lakh/month, but i am said i am not interested. after this executive call another day and said joint our company, our company sebi registered and said our company give 100% profit and emotionally said i am your brother and trust me, so i am trust this person and i am agree for work. after this executive said paid service charged 2500 rs/-, so i am paid. after this executive said 22000/- paid for classic service, but i am not agree. after mr. rahul said you are lucky customer our company, so this service give only 11500/- rs and this service give 100% profit. so i am paid 11500 rs/- for this service. after this, mr. rahul gives tips and i have work started. than i have profit this call 1300rs/-. after mr. rahul gives tips call another days, i have loss 7000rs/- on bfutilies call. after this guys transfer my file another executive to mr. rajveer singh rajpoot (+91 [protected]), those person are lyre and cheat me. mr, rajveersing rajpoot also demand for paid another 11500rs/- another your classic service stop. so i am paid this money and mr. rajveer singh also said i am earn 1-1.5lakh/month to me. after mr rajveer also demand for paid another 1600rs/- for submitted your file charge. so i am paid 1600rs/-. after mr rajveer rajpoot said generate your portfolio and gives tips call from our company researcher and gives one personal researcher for you, and this researcher gives 100% call and paid for 9000rs/- for this portfolio service. and i paid 9000rs/-. after mr rajveer call me non working day sunday and discuss about demet account, said your demat account limit is less and open demet with our company and company gives 10times limit and earn profit 10000rs/days and transfer this profit in your account. first mr. rajveer rajpoot said pay 10143 rs/ for demet a/c in company account and written portfolio when paid company account. so i am paid 10143 rs/-after mr. rajveer rajpoot said pay another 10143rs/- in company demet a/c because your amount is small so less investment and less profit. so i am paid 10143/- and said mr rajveer written portfolio when you have paid. after next day called and mr rajveer rajpoot said you are profit 1000rs/- on nilkamal. so i am said release this 10000rs/- profit transfer my account, but they refused for this profit and said paid another 9143rs/- service charge for getting this profit. so i am paid 9143rs/- and said release my profit because i am need rupees an emergency. but after paid change mind and mr. rajveer said loss in nilkamal, so i am said refund my total money, but mr rajpoot worst behaviour with me and said pay another 9143rs/- and ralease totsl money and i am not paid this money. after me complaint money classic reserch company no (+91 [protected]) and said solve my problem, but those are also demand for paid remaining payment, change your tips adviser, also not solved my problem. so i am claim this both person and company cheat, laying person, fraud. i am claimed this company total 90000rs/- for chat, mind spoil, money demand, not give response, lying, time waste, call cost, big fraud, play game another money. please solved my problem... i have attache some rupees transaction recipe... and require another document i am also give...

Indore based money classic research company is fraud company. I subscribed 1 month of service and they stopped sending the SMS after 1 week. and most of the intraday call dont hit the target. they are apply hit and trial method to every stocks. and the employee Name Simran kaur she dont know how to talk to client because of that girl i lost my money. I want to give one advise to money classic that atleast you should hire quality employee. I am very disappointed with behavior of your employee Simran kaur.

I have opened account to your reputed concern to dated 01.06.16. Before prepare the file i have already intimated to mr. Ritesh solanki to continue service on basic level on dated 31st may 2016 but on 1st june 2016, mr. Ritesh & mr. Dharmendra malvia pressed to me for remaining payment for 1 year offer of rs.55, 000/-. On that i have make the payment of rs.15, 000/- on the based on basic service. On dated again pressured on dated 16.06.16 i have make the payment of rs.11, 000/-

So i have totally making the payment of rs.31, 000/- regards to future hni premium. (Invoices available)

I have not attend the service call on an before 16.06.2016 due to fno not activated.

Yesterday, after activation of fno, 1st call on option & getting profit of rs.5000/- & rs.1000/- (Discussed with mr. Dharmendra sir.) ([protected])

I am not continued this service so refund the remaining payment because not co-ordinate properly & demanding payment otherwise your account permanently closed from service dept.
