[Resolved]  MONEY INVESTMENT — Fraud by asking money for investment with high return and then refused to provide

I am submitting my complaint about www.moneyinvestment.co.in based 203, Wall Street 2 Near Gujrat College, Ahmedabad contact no.[protected] and cell number [protected] & [protected]. One Executive Sankalp Mehta of the co. call to me and they offer me for the investment plan. They said to me for two type of the investment. If i deposit 50000/100000 rs they give me 3 times of the deposit means 150000/300000 rs in 35 days.And they will provide me one agrement and pdc chque. I deposit the rs.50000 in SBI Bank bank a/c no:- [protected] in ASHRAM ROAD, AHMEDABAD in favour of money investment on dated 01.11.2013. After that for 5-6 days Mr. Sankalp's mobile number switched off. then Mr. Rajiv Desai called me and said that he will process my file but and said to me our co. will not open your a/c in rs 50000. bcz we will open the a/c in 100000 rs as per co. rule so you deposit more rs. 50000. I refused to deposit. Then Mr. Ram mittal so called owner of the company called me and said he will process my file with Rs. 50, 000/- and on one day said i've made profit of 450000/- and for withdrawal of this profit you have to deposit Rs.60000/- towards service Tax. I reject this offer saying I don’t have money, please pay me my profit after deduction service Tax. After refusing to pay service tax in advance Mr. Ram mittal abused me. any help is appreciated. I'm contactable on [protected]. I'm really frustrated with the entire moneyinvestment.co.in team. Sankalp, Rajiv Desai, ritu sharma, Jaiswal, Ram mittal vinay sharma, monica agarwal. another sharma .. all these fraud ppl will not rest in peace. I am attaching screen shot of money transfered to them and also signed documents provided to them. please provide me appropriate authority if i am writing this to wrong authority.
