[Resolved]  MONEY INVESTMENT — FINANCIAL FRAUD - RS. 45,000/-

I am submitting my complaint about www.moneyinvestment.co.in based 203, Wall Street 2 Near Gujrat College, Ahmedabad contact no.[protected] and cell number [protected] & [protected]. One Executive Ritu Sharma of the co. call to me and they offer me for the investment plan. They said to me for three type of the investment. If i deposit 30000/50000/100000 rs they give me 3 times of the deposit means 90000/150000/300000 rs in 35 days.And they will provide me one agrement and pdc check .but i am not agree on this amount and i said to her i will deposit only Rs.15000 and they agree on it and i deposit the rs.15000 in SBI Bank bank a/c no:- [protected] in ASHRAM ROAD, AHMEDABAD in favour of money investment on dated 30.09.2013. After that a/c department staff members Prashant Trivedi (Cell No. [protected] & [protected] ) call to me and said to me our co. will not open your a/c in rs 15000. bcz we will open the a/c in 30000 rs./50000 rs. /100000 rs as per co. rule so you deposit more rs. 15000. Then I Deposit another Rs.15, 000/- on 01.10.2013. Later on Mr. Arjun Sharma call me and provide me agreement of Market investment Of Rs. 50, 000/- said while trading your earn Rs. 2, 50, 000/- profit in your account, and for withdrawal of this profit you have to deposit Rs.30, 900/- towards service Tax. I regrest this offer saying I don’t have money, please pay me my profit after deduction service Tax. After That Mr. Arun Dube (Manager – Mob No. [protected] ) called me and told that Mr. Arjun Sharma is Fraud person, he provide you wrong agreement. Then he provide fresh agreement of Money Invesment. And he also tell me to deposit Rs.30, 900/- towards service tax. but i regret it and then he said to me for talk with Owner Mr. Ram Mittal (Mob No. [protected] ) Mr. Ram Mittal said me if your paid service tax, we transfer your profit in your account. And he provide me sanapshot of internet banking money transfer of Rs. 2, 50, 000/- but I am not ready for that. Then Mr. Rajiv Desai (Mob. No. [protected] ) from Account departmet call me and he provide me no. of Mr. Rajat Sharma (Owner/Partner, mob. No. [protected]). Mr. Rajat Sharma offer me to pay only Rs. 15, 005/- balance amount adjusted against your profit. I agree for that and I Deposit Rs.15, 005/- in SBI account . Then i talk with many times With Mr.Rajat & Rajiv but he is not picking my cell. After that I Call Ritu Sharma (First Executive) and then she said to me for talk with our Account department Head Mr. Rahul Jaiswal. Rahul Jaiswal told me your account open with Rs. 50, 000/- with profit gurantee of rs. 1, 50, 000/-, till date you pay only rs. 45, 005/-, so you pay balance Rs.5000/- and service tax of Rs. 18, 540/-. After that we transfer your profit in your account. Now I am really frustrated please help me to solve my case and try to return my money.
