I would like to raise a formal complaint against Money View Gold for their continued failure to address my legitimate withdrawal request and technical issues despite repeated follow-ups.
I had invested with Money View Gold in July 2025. Recently, I needed to withdraw my investment due to a personal emergency. However, I have been unable to do so because the platform is not detecting my new UPI ID, even though it is linked to my registered mobile number and functions correctly with other UPI applications.
I have been emailing Money View Gold since August 2025, but there has been no resolution, no call, and no update from their support or escalation teams. The issue has caused me considerable mental stress and financial inconvenience, as I have been unable to access my own funds for over two months.

Please take necessary action to ensure that I receive my rightful funds without further delay.
