I had taken a loan through Moneyview, partnered with Northern Arc Capital Limited.

I have already settled the loan last year and have valid payment proof and settlement confirmation. However, despite multiple follow ups through email, my loan account is still being incorrectly reported as Active in my CIBIL report.

I have paid my due amount earlier on jan26th 2022 using pay early option. However money view have initiated auto debit as well where I haven't mainted balance money since I paid due on emi on jan 26th. But now it's showing as overdue and also bank charged for bounce. There is no real representative in the customer care. It's hurting my credit score....

I had 80% applied for a loan through the money view loan app available on android app store. I was told to upload all the verified documents as proof like aadhaar, pan, bank details and photo.
Once i uploaded the documents and the signed nach through the app, but not submitted lone agreement. I want to stop my lone process. But after long time no one responded my call through moneyview help line no....

I have taken a loan of 30000/- and paying EMI on time. On 05 Nov 2023 was due date for EMI and bank deducted EMI twice on 7th Nov 2023. PFA

Nach agreement

I have already foreclosed my loan account about one and half month ago but now they debited amt Rs 590 for 4 times that is total of 2950 without knowing or informing me and still I don't know about the reason why this amount is debited.. I want my money back..

I had applied for this loan on the Date of 7-March-2023 Loan Application and was informed by money view representative that the loan would be disbursed within [4 Hours Time Frame days from the date of approval. However, it has been more than month Passed now, and I still have not received the loan amount in my account.

I have tried reaching out to your customer service team multiple times, but I have not received any satisfactory response from them. Then I tweet on @DMI finance and @Money view app regarding the issue on the same rate I get a call from DMI finance that due to technical reasons my loan is been cancelled they on give me a confirmation on re tweet but money still keep calling me and using a abusive language and Threatened me.

I tried to pay through credit card from moneyview loan company on 6th june 2022, i tried twice to pay but money deducted from the credit card but it didn't receive there on courier site,
I have tried to contact them 1000 of times it didn't work, then after a more than a month, i got update on my money view app of reverse money to card but it's showing that 1605 and 1605 rupees has reverted to your account still they are asking for pay to emi, why would I pay that wheres i got my refund, they harmed my CIBIL score too, and harassing me to pay emi. Kindly take an action against this fraud company.

Kindly do the needful action against this company i have all those evidences too

They destroy your CIBIL Score just for checking eligible loan amount, even though You haven't applied for loan.

In their website there is provision for checking your loan eligibility. On 28 June 2022 I entered the phone number to check my eligibility. The system automatically fetched my PAN number and it has shown XXX amount as eligible loan. Later I didn't proceed to next step as was checking just my eligibility.

Next day I received an SMS advising me to complete the application by submitting some documents which I ignored. But to my utter shock they reported CIBIL on 28 June 2022 that I made an application for loan for INR 200, 000. This will adversely affect the prospective lenders. But it seems they don't care about that. In their website FAQs it was clearly given that they will make credit report enquiries only after submitting the application which is misleading.

This is the most irresponsible company. Never even check your loan eligibility on their website. They will destroy your credit score.

After clearing all the due amount also they are harrassing by sending mails and sms which shows false amount for repayment

I will complete the all loan amount but still not received NOC letter. I mail to money view team several times but they not respond.
