I raised a query on the Moneyview app, if I am eligible for a loan and they declined my request. Now it shows a due payment for 4th Feb. No body is responding to calls or emails....

I have taken a loan of 30000/- and paying EMI on time. On 05 Nov 2023 was due date for EMI and bank deducted EMI twice on 7th Nov 2023. PFA
I have tried many time to contact your customer executive number but your IVR system not transferred my call to your executive. and i have not received any response to my mail. Requesting you to please solve my query as soon as possible.

I have already foreclosed my loan account about one and half month ago but now they debited amt Rs 590 for 4 times that is total of 2950 without knowing or informing me and still I don't know about the reason why this amount is debited.. I want my money back.....

I had applied for this loan on the Date of 7-March-2023 Loan Application and was informed by money view representative that the loan would be disbursed within [4 Hours Time Frame days from the date of approval. However, it has been more than month Passed now, and I still have not received the loan amount in my account.

I have tried reaching out to your customer service team multiple times, but I have not received any satisfactory...

I tried to pay through credit card from moneyview loan company on 6th june 2022, i tried twice to pay but money deducted from the credit card but it didn't receive there on courier site,
I have tried to contact them 1000 of times it didn't work, then after a more than a month, i got update on my money view app of reverse money to card but it's showing that 1605 and 1605 rupees has reverted to your account still they are asking for...

I had a loan from money view. I paid 12 emi at 26 th of july at 9:58 pm but today 16th august and it still not updated. I emailed so many time call so many time but not satisfied response please help me...

They destroy your CIBIL Score just for checking eligible loan amount, even though You haven't applied for loan.

In their website there is provision for checking your loan eligibility. On 28 June 2022 I entered the phone number to check my eligibility. The system automatically fetched my PAN number and it has shown XXX amount as eligible loan. Later I didn't proceed to next step as was checking just my eligibility.

After clearing all the due amount also they are harrassing by sending mails and sms which shows false amount for repayment...

I applied for an loan. But after reading terms n condition in SANCTION letter I don't want to proceed further. I did not review and submitted Loan agreement. Now I want to cancle my application. Please cancle my application. I tried much to cancel it. I not finding any option there....

And 03/03/2022 is due date and emi not deducted .I have pay to 04/03/2022 by myself. after one day emi deducted again by money view.
That means I paid emi twice.
I have tried many time to contact your coustmer care number and mail id.

Hi,

I have paid my due amount earlier on jan26th 2022 using pay early option. However money view have initiated auto debit as well where I haven't mainted balance money since I paid due on emi on jan 26th. But now it's showing as overdue and also bank charged for bounce. There is no real representative in the customer care. It's hurting my credit score....

I clear my loan but i didn't get my clearness paper and NOC please send me my NOC...
