Hlo Sir/Mam,
I took loan through money view app
And 03/03/2022 is due date and emi not deducted .I have pay to 04/03/2022 by myself. after one day emi deducted again by money view.
That means I paid emi twice.
I have tried many time to contact your coustmer care number and mail id.
I have not received any response.
I m requesting you to resolve my problem and refund my money.

I have applied loan submitted documents and asking to submit NACH form in [protected]@moneyview.in id..I share more than 3 times no response..I share a mail to customer care also no response

I had taken a Loan from money view loan Application
I have paid some of my emi's regularly
But unfortunately i lost my job.
And i am unable to pay my loans.
I have asked them to give me some grace period...but they are not listening,
And they have access my of contacts
They are calling and abusing me and my relatives, contacts on regular basis...
According to DATA PROTECTION ACT 2019. This is illegal what companies are doing, they are not following GOVT. NORMS.

I have taken loan from Money View loan aap. I have paid my Loan on time, but from some months it's Delayed due to facing some Financial problems. I am receiving a Haresment call. They also hacked my all mobile contacts. They have massage my Sister, my Brother, my Fufa and saying tell chor Hemant to pay loan EMI. They are saying bed word to me. I have received haresment call and bed massage from below numbers. [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]
many numbers I have. I have recording also.

I receive pre-approved loan offer calls on daily basis from this type of numbers-[protected]. How ever after keep blocking, i m getting calls from another numbers on daily basis

I don't receive nach form...
What I do now ?

Hi team,

I pay my settlement amount last 22 Aug. But not reflect this amount in my application. I drop the mail many time. But they said to me we are working this in high priority. But I wait 45 days but not clear this. What I do now . Please resolve this issue. I get daily message and mail or what's app text due to my emi pending. I have all mail replied from money view. They said to me only my team working in high priority . But I want to know when close this. It's 45 day late and impact my civil score.

Auto debit problem

Dear sir /madam,

My loan account no[protected] of money view has been debited twice today . My actual installment for the month was Rs 3437 which was paid by me but it was again debited from my account after the payment was made.
Kindly help me in returning the amount 3437 to my account.

Dear sir i got loan through moneyview application and their emi date 5 every month but in 5 dated emi was not deducted but balance maintained in my account then i was paid next days our emi through upi but after next my was deducted through account and then i mailed after days but mu extra emi was not refund and respond any moneyview quick support team please check sir

My EMI amount auto debited on 6th march(see attached pictures) and still it showing PENDING with penality, they are daily sending mesages emails and calls. I already said to the executive who called me but there is no return response from him, I emailed([protected]@moneyview.in) but no reply, the customer care[protected] never connects to the executive.
Then how the problem will be resolved if you not reply to us. THIS IS VERY BAD.
it effects on my CIBIL SCORE,
So my request is to clear my problem(penality+emi) immediately, and it should not effect on my CIBIL SCORE.

Dear sir, madam,

This is manoranjan barik, i had applied a loan from money view on date 3rd mar 2020, the online application asked to enable emi auto debit (Nach) and post it has debited an amount of 2485 from account and the loan amount is still not credited. Pls arrange a call back and confirm why is this debit done before the loan sanction or credit.

Money view loan platform completely fake platform, he wants to use confidential data from applicant, after the receive data the money view reject applications of applicant i apply for loan from money view on last month and try to upload bank statements as per mentiond instructions but app shown error like same documents upload plz try upload different documents, i can't understand how can upload different documents of bank statement? Actually he requires net banking access so i give access to him but after that i have receive email from him: (Please share your salary account bank statement from 15/feb/2020 - 15/feb/2020 containing salary credits in pdf format only. Please provide password (If any). After give access of net banking money view requires again bank statement! I sent the email to him, "i have no transactions in my bank account on particular day, my salary credit on 1st of feb2020", as reply i receive a message from him "your application rejected. Kindly try after one month again".

I applied for a loan on DEC10th on money view app and on 11th DEC it was approved and I sent loan agreements and Nach form for disbursement but after submitting they put the loan on hold. I'm unable to reach them on-call/mail ..I tried to contact them every day from them.. call was always busy and mail was never responded.

Now I'm not sure after the signed agreement for loan if I can cancel this loan and try somewhere else.

Actually i wanted a loan of Rs.20000 so i applied an online loan from money view they took all my documents such as aadhar card, pan card, bank account statement for 3 months . They said we will send you the money in one business day but we didn't get any money from them i called them several times and mailed them too but there was no response and not they showing that i have to pay an emi of Rs 2016 on 5th Dec . Kindly suggest if i have not received any amount how can i pay an emi????

I applied for loan on 10h oct on moneyview app and its still under progress. I already payed my all money taken twice without dues. Still its under process. My question is if my loan is approved and ready for disbursal then why is it in processing state. They say they take a decision within 2 working days then why they are fooling people and wasting their time not providing any real updates. I am disappointed with the customer service as standard template of tecnical fault. I just wanted to hear what they will say its already 10 days. And please make it process as soon as possible

when i asked for N.O.C, they not give a proper answer and still not give me N.O.C,
if i payed all emi then why i survive, i call him so many times or mail him but not give a single reply,

My loan application no is app. No.[protected] it have been two times for the same month august 2019, first i have deposited in bank through net and app second they have deducted through a cheque so please return second emi or adjust it for next month, there are no customer care no and no proper mobile no to talk with

I have signed and sent you nach form as well, until you people were keep on calling but now i'm trying to reach your support sometimes they are picking the call and placing on mute, while getting signed documents from me money view supports stated that within 40 minutes my loan will be disbursed and it's been more than 5 days no response,

Iam an old costumer of Moneyview they said they will give loan to me before five days its showing that loan process will be completed within five working hours after all details and documents are submitted I have submitted all of them before five working days they even took my pan card ration-card aadhar card bank account too and kept it as pending if I call customer care it says to mail us ( it's a recorded call). They re taking all the documents and showing that it pending for many days ... They are just making people fools by this app.. Please make sure you take necessary action.. Thank you

Sir, i am not a defaulters list and i pay my emi on time and i pay my credit card bill on time, since my bank account opening date to still today there is no cheque return in my account, and there is no loan defaulters list in my cibil, then how could is possible for rejected my loan application, finally i am not need any loan in money view, but money view was cheating& fraud the public. Money view collect all documents and check in cibil, after that money view rejected the application, but my cibil score was down for the reason of money view rejected application, so i need a legal action against money view as soon as possible for further peoples stop applying in money view websites.
