Money View — Emi debited still payment reflecting as overdue

Hi,

I have paid my due amount earlier on jan26th 2022 using pay early option. However money view have initiated auto debit as well where I haven't mainted balance money since I paid due on emi on jan 26th. But now it's showing as overdue and also bank charged for bounce. There is no real representative in the customer care. It's hurting my credit score.
