Money View — Incorrect CIBIL Reporting and No Response After Settlement

I had taken a loan through Moneyview, partnered with Northern Arc Capital Limited.

I have already settled the loan last year and have valid payment proof and settlement confirmation. However, despite multiple follow ups through email, my loan account is still being incorrectly reported as Active in my CIBIL report.

This is incorrect and negatively affecting my credit score.

I have sent several emails to both Moneyview and Northern Arc Capital, but I have not received any proper resolution.

I request the company to immediately:
1. Update the loan status as Settled in CIBIL
2. Update outstanding amount as zero
3. Provide official settlement or closure letter

If this issue is not resolved, I will proceed with complaints to RBI and raise a dispute with CIBIL.

This complaint is being raised due to continuous negligence and lack of response.
