[Resolved] Money View Loans — loan approved then not processed

I applied for loan on 6th oct on moneyview app and on 10th oct it was approved and i sent loan agreements and nach for disbursement but after submitting they put the status as processing and it is october 16 and there are no updates. My question is if my loan is approved and ready for disbursal then why is it in processing state. They say they take a decision within 2 working days then why they are fooling people and wasting their time not providing any real updates. I am disappointed with the customer service as standard template of tecnical fault. I just wanted to hear what they will say its already 10 days.

Complaint marked as Resolved

There was a technical fault which they did on priority and they called me umpteen times and resolved it quickly and i got the loan also. Pls remove the post.

Updated by sataks Inspite o[censored]mpteen mails to [protected]@moneyview.in, they are giving the prerecorded template of techical fault and will be updated soon from the time, i submitted loan agreement from oct 10, today is oct 20 and i got the same reply in email. When talking to customer service, they say they do not know it will resolve today or can take days. Need update.

Dear Sir...

I got personal loan money view 23000/-
My emi was 11262 only two month back debit for 4731 only and i have send mail solved this qurey.after 2 months not debited emi.But penalty changed pay now option not working Send more mail not replied.this loan my cibil affected.
Kindly clear this issues.

Hi Guys, I had applied for a loan a week back and shared all documents and signed agreement as well, even after loan getting aprooved and all things in place there is no transfers made yet.

I am highly frustrated with this company, they have the worst customer experience, even the founder doesnt bother

my review agreement option is nt working since 20th feb. duebro that m nt able to submit the agreement.

100 times I requested call back.. nt executives putiing call on mutr nd disconnecting calls wothout saying anything.

nt rplying my emails l.

i wanna escalate this issue. it is a clear harrassment 😡
