[Resolved] Money View Loans — Money View Loans loan approved then not processed

I applied for loan on 17th of November on moneyview app and on the same date it was approved and i sent loan agreements and nach for disbursement but after submitting they put the status as processing and it's been 3 days and there are no updates. My question is if my loan is approved and ready for disbursal then why is it in processing state. They say they take a decision within 1 working days then why they are fooling people and wasting their time not providing any real updates. I am disappointed with the customer service as standard template of technical fault. I just wanted to hear what they will say its already 3 days.

No Step was taken and haven't received any e-mail or call and it marked as resolved..Is it a fraud going on here?

These people have logged in my Cibil Report without my permission and such type of behaviour is not good in the organization perspectives. I lost of cibil score because of such type of non banking sectors logging in to the Cibil report. When we login to Transunion Cibil this portal will not allow and nor giving the report. But when some NBFS are login to Cibil this transunion department is supporting them to login. I think this trans union department is also involved in login without customer approval.
How Transunion is helping to get our confidential data to these NPFS Banks. I am sorry to write this because 6 months back my cibil was 813, now it is showing 696 that the report I got from money view finance company. In that report there are so many financial companies are logged in the Cibil without my know eg HDB same to 2 times, IDFC, Bajaj Finance company for 1 rupee loan, few companies logged in simply for 3000 and 1000 rupees. I am surprise to see in the report how any finance company can give 1 rupee and 3000 and 1000 rupees loan after getting the cibil repot.
