Mail received default legal notice

I borrowed a loan from moneyView app i was paying my all the EMI's on time, and for April month i made pre-payment so it can make a good impact on my CIBIL score, but moneyview did not updated my payment it's been 1 and half month, i dropped 9 mails on different different date with the attachment of the payment screenshot, requested call back from the application 4 times but did not got any response from the mail or callback. now they started charging me late fees, i am baring NACH charges, it is impacting on my CIBIL, they are sending me messages and mails again and again, sending field executive. trying to call customer care, every time it is saying that all executives are busy right now after 15-20 minutes hold and call will disconnect.

My loan I'd is[protected]Sir I am in a lot of financial trouble and I need 1 month time to pay the loan emi from you. Your agents are talking in a very bad way.I am currently facing kidney stone problem and that's why I am not working at the moment pls ask your agents to stop threatening me if your problem doesn't subside then I should file a complaint in rbi.

Money View has provided me with a PL with Auto Debit enabled in Dec 2021, I had signed the ECS mandate but they are not auto debiting the amount every month, they are charging late fees even though there is sufficient funds in the account, and are calling and harassing me stating the my bank account is blocked which is not true, it is very much active. They are using fraudulent methods to extort money from people.. In addition, this is impacting my credit score for no fault of mine.

I have submitted a loan amounting to Rs. 3, 00, 000/- dated[protected]. Approval, auto debit NACH, and agreement sign copy sent to money view loan mail Id. Customer care told me within 24 hours money will be credited to your respective bank account. But till date no money will be credited in my account. I have sent several mail to money view customer care but no reply from there end. Please sent me the details of my loan or status of loan.

I m receiving pre approved loan calls on daily basis from money view, and every time they do it from different number, its one of that number[protected]

How to change my bank account please give me edit option please call me immediately iam waiting

But that not update to IIFL. IIFL asking again EMI.
My credit score also impacted due to .

I applied for the loan then I was told that I have to send an auto debit form signed by me thinking that it is genuine I did it then i noticed that there was no number to call them. So I looked for the number online and called that number. It's a gang from bihar or U.P. from the way they were talking I have uploaded the recording on many social sites to make people aware that money view company is a scam. There are about 6 -8 people who will start abusing you the moment you doubt them or ask them some question

I applied for loan on 17th of November on moneyview app and on the same date it was approved and i sent loan agreements and nach for disbursement but after submitting they put the status as processing and it's been 3 days and there are no updates. My question is if my loan is approved and ready for disbursal then why is it in processing state. They say they take a decision within 1 working days then why they are fooling people and wasting...

I have closed my loan already, now today my money deducted again from my account my loan number[protected] please help mewhat is this, who is responsible for this app, my money has gone, you people are not responding anything.. This is worst thing.
I had paid all money when i got forclose loan on 21 st january, i attached bank statement of january 21st, this closure amount is 7452 rupees, i had got a message from money view that my loan has been closed and would send loan closed letter, then i haven't got any letter and again my money has been deducted from my account and even it is showing in money view app, so kindly help me and send my money back to my account

I'm highly disappointed by money view loans services. I had an emi dated for 5th march 2020 and for the same money was deducted from my account as per auto-debit. Since then, they haven't updated their records yet and initially told me that some accounts have problem with them and they will rectify it. To clarify i sent them an formal e-mail sharing my a/c statement showing the deducted emi amount, and reached out to there whatsapp no. With screenshots and pdf's showing the deducted amount. They have been harassing me for the past week, every time a new guy/girl call from a different department and states the overdue emi, and after listening to my ordeal just gives assurances and that's it. Same email and calls again and again. I tried calling their customer care no. And after few minutes of automated response and waiting time my calls get disconnected.
As of now this just seems to be a scam and scandal to harass people and extorting money from them.

I applied for 10k and they asked to upload my PAN, ADHAAR, Bank statements, photo. Then I got message and email saying that the loan has been approved and it is waiting for my review and approval.
When I clicked on the review button it asks me to send an email, I did send 2 emails. This is now happening is loop. Asks me to review and send email.

Their support center don't asnwer the phone. Ivr keeo saying that line is busy. Nobody responds to the email.

They also auto enabled the payment through my bank.

Please help. They are frauds.

I applied for loan last week and loan id is[protected] and submitted all the documents required still the loan amount is not disbursed. I feel that this app is cheating consumers by collecting documents. I tried calling their customer care and also email them but not getting response. I want to cancel the loan which i applied for because i dont trust them.

I borrowed a loan from moneyview and had 6 emis to be paid. I already paid 5 emis and then 1 is due which is a bit delayed and for which i requested for extension and doing then same before 20th jan. Anyway, these people are adding charges on each day delay which i am even fine with that.

But then comes the real picture, these people hire fake police, lawyers and goons (Which are not but some xyz agencies). Now those people...

I applied for loan 25th dec and got approved then i submitted the my documents like pan card, adhar card and nach form duly signed. Then one person called me and told me that in 30 min amount will be credit to your account. Till now (06th jan) i didnt get response from money view, i trying to contact customer care number but it tells busy all the time.. Through e mail after couple of reply no response.. Im not asking to approve/disburse the amount simply update status if possible please cancel the application,

I've applied for a loan of 340000 and it was approved and the loan is sanctioned but i still did not recieve the amount yet. Moreover my cibil is checked twice for the same reason with same amount twice.

I have installed the money view loan app. On 10th october 2019 i have applied for a loan and after the successful verification of all the documents i have not received my loan amount yet. I was told by an executive mr. Riyaz that i should provide the mandate documents and once they receive the documents i was told that loan will be disbursed in half an hour now today is 17th but i have not received the loan amount. Customer support service is very poor i have been trying to reach the number[protected] the ivr just keep on saying that your money view loan amount is ready for disbursal the money will be disbursed in 1 business day.. But not able to talk to any executive of money view loans.
Kindly help me in getting the loan amount disbursed.

I have applied for the loan and submitted all the documents. And i got a message that my loan is pre-approved. My loan application number is[protected]. It's been almost a week that it is showing that the documents are being verified. There is no customer care number where i can call and check the status of my loan. I have send mail asking for the status but no response. This is not the way a professional company will behave to a customer.

I had applied in money view loans till review an submit form all was ok good response and all but just after got all data and forms the time came for money transfer they didn't reply anywhere not call not email. Getting a bad experience they told that they will transfer within 30 min but its not true (If my loan is ready for disbrusal then for what they are waiting? Its taking long they they showing in advertising at all

I have tried to get in touch with the team and they will never respond...

first time i asked them to close a month and half ago and they said their superior will call me...

then after when i droped in a mail they said they will get back to me on a working day as the time i contacted is Saturday

then i kept on responding to the team since yesterday and no one get back

when i am trying to connect through customer care.. they says they are busy and ask me to wait for like a handsome 15 mins.. and then the call automatically disconnects..

I got a loan amount of Rs.50000 transferred to me by Money View on 24th march 2019.My bank auto debit is enabled on 5th of every month and first Emi was paid smoothly on May 6th as may 5th may was Sunday. But for my second Emi the Emi amount has been debited from my bank account on 6th June(5th june was holiday for eid), but money view sending me sms and mails showing i am at default and Rs.500 has already been...

I had applied for a loan through the Money View Loan app available on Android app store. I was told to upload all the verified documents as proof like Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Bank details and photo.
Once I uploaded the documents and the signed agreement through the app, I was told the application has been approved and money will be transferred in 1 hours time. But it has been a week now and no one has responded. Instead they have blocked my email I'd and the IVR doesn't transfer the call.

All my sensitive information including bank details have been collected.

I had applied for a online loan with moneyview app. And i was asked to send additional documentation, there were mails and sms that i received to submit my pending documentation. I then submitted all the documents several times by sending it to the required email address. Yet again they kept requesting for the same documents time and again. I then wrote a negative review for the app on google as there was no response of whatsoever from their end. Later they replied to my review and also sent me an email confirming that the loan cannot be approved because of credit history, but i also recvd sms stating that my loan is pre-approved and that i should submit the pending docs. So i replied to them that i have got one other loan sanctioned recently and that if they have rejected my application why am i receiving sms about a pre-approved loan. They replied stating that could be a system issue and they will make sure that they remove my number from the list. I still thought that it could genuinely be a system issue and just chose to ignore. I do night shifts and sleep during the daytime, but they constantly keep calling me while i am sleeping asking me to submit my pending documentation. So today 2nd nov 2018, i recvd a call for the same and i spoke to a girl named pallavi and i told her about the loan being rejected and that i do not want to apply, but she said that mam your loan is not rejected its pended for documentation, then the entire conversation happed of what i have written above. She said mam u submit the docs on the email i send you and i will have your loan processed and closed today itself. And i very clearly told her that i will send the documents only on her official email for which she agreed and the emails were exchanged with the pending docs. After that i recvd a call from another person named anand and he said that they can lend only rs 30000/-. So i said that please cancel my loan because initially i applied for rd 100000/- which they further reduced it to rs 50000/- and then rs 34000 /- or rs 35000/- and now rs 30000/-. So he said that he will call me in sometime. Later after a minute he called me stating that they could lend me rs 40000/- for 12 months and that the emi would be for rs 3919/- and he also confirmed that the loan will be processed by end of day and i would receive the funds in my account by end of day. Later when i checked the app for the status, it shows declined. I have all the emails, sms and call recordings as a proof of all what has happened. These people have been mentally harassing me for the last 1 and half month.

I applied for loan on 6th oct on moneyview app and on 10th oct it was approved and i sent loan agreements and nach for disbursement but after submitting they put the status as processing and it is october 16 and there are no updates. My question is if my loan is approved and ready for disbursal then why is it in processing state. They say they take a decision within 2 working days then why they are fooling people and wasting their time not...
