I finished my remaining EMIs with foreclosure on the account details given by them. They told it will reflect in around 6-7 working days.
13 days have passed and EMI completion is not updated on the app. I am writing continuous mails to them to look into it.
First they kept pushing it saying that they will update it. Now no one replies to the mails.
There is no other way to contact them except emails. No calls can be done even. It's literally pathetic customer service.
