I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the late fee charged on my recent bill, despite the fact that I made the payment well before the due date.
On 20 feb 2024, I made a payment of Rs. 6720 towards my (*********) account, which was due on 05 Mar 2024. However, I was surprised to see a late fee applied to my account statement dated 05 Apr 2024, indicating that the payment was received after the due date.
I have attached proof of payment for your reference, clearly showing that the payment was made prior to the due date. Given this evidence, I believe the late fee was unjustly applied to my account.
Although, i accept that i have failed to pay the EMI of Feb month on time for which i had already paid the late fee & bounce charges on the month of Feb, for same i have attached the screenshots also.
I kindly request that you review my account and remove the late fee accordingly. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could ensure that such discrepancies are avoided in the future.
Also, i have marked multiple complaints mails but no satisfactory response received yet, need your attention on urgently because next EMI due date is on 05 Apr 2024.
On date 13.04.2024 they deduct Rs. 500 from my account which was extra charged, neither they responded on mail even after mail marked to Grievance Redressal Officer ( Anjali Panwar / [protected]@moneytap.com) & so many reminders.
There third party collection team also harassed on call & msgs. They started threatening on call & msgs even after 2 days of due date. Some other loans are also running but they did not harassed as moneytap collection team did.
