Calling my contact details

Money tap constantly calling my contact detas and my relatives. They actually harassing them and spoiling my name in relatives and friends by using fraud word Moneytap loan app harassing my family member and abusing them to paying the loan...

Foreclosure Letter and NOC

Address: R T NAGAR

I have closed the loan on[protected].

They said in app NOC will be received in 3 to 4 days, and email 7 to 10 days.

Its been 17 days now I have not received any response or NOC letter, every time I get automated reply we will issue the letter in 7 to 10 days but never ending timeline nor they email to the email.

They are giving me mental torture and harassments me everyday.

Paid amount is not getting reflected in my account

I have made payment for my outstanding loan amount 10 days back but it's not yet reflected in my account yet. I have sent several emails and messages but nobody replied yet. I want it to be updated in my account as soon as possible as my emi date is 5th of every month.

Extreme harassment

I have some dues on my Money Tap card issued by RBL Bank (card number ending 5058) for which I have not been able to clear due to extreme financial distress.

Today some girl called Priya +[protected] has started calling my friends and saying that I have asked her to connect with them for payments. So far 2 friends have messaged me about this, I dont know how many more have been called by her.

I am writing this mail regarding someone from moneytap called today regarding some loan pending on account of Subhash Pawar.
I am his son and today my mother received a call from someone in moneytap stating that subhash pawar has not paid loan amount of 1900 which we have no knowledge of.
2 ladies started abusing my mother who has no idea from where and when did my father took loan from and they started using obscene language...

Payment not updated

I have made the foreclosure payment towards my loan on 8/12/21 the amount was Rs7503, the amount got deducted and it was credited to moneytap account but they are refusing to accept that even after showing them the bank statement and I also confirmed this with the Bank, they also confirmed it that the money is credited, so i have made a stop payment towards money tap's further emi, so now they have filed a legal notice, even after multiple...

Account delete

I have created account and have'nt used it. I no longer needed their services.
I requested to delete my profile from their database.
I have sent many mails but till now my account is active when i log in with my registered mobile number.
[protected] is the number, no proper responce untill now from the customer care team.

One of the excetive said that u have to pay 43, 125 amt and ur loan will be close so i paid full amount but now i need urgently noc letter and and now the executive not received my call no response from from money tab. I have been using moneytap credit service for the past 5 + years. around nov 2024 I was told to that I need to migrate to rbl app for instant cash withdrawal. when I checked today on rbl app, my credit limit has decreased from 546000 to 55000. I wonder why? I hope this doesnt impact my cibil and also would like to know the reason behind decreasing limit.

Recently, RBL Bank ended its association with MoneyTap (now Freo), and conducted a fresh credit evaluation on their end. Based on this assessment, a new credit limit was assigned.

      I missed my emi this month, (Only 1 EMI) May 2024 due to an unexpected emergency. I communicated on email, whatsapp and sms that I will make sure not to carry over the Emi missed beyond 20th May 2024. Still I constantly get threats on messages and emails. I do not attend calls because I have an anxiety triggered breathing disorder. I don't attend any calls from unknown number. Now, one guy demands 2000 extra for visiting charges to make collection. Another fellow sends a document that is very clearly fake with threats. I email the company, try to reach them on Facebook to see if these guys are really related to MoneyTap. But no response. Most of the time, I have paid this emi a week ahead of due date. Since takeover by freo, the service has become really a nightmare.

        I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the late fee charged on my recent bill, despite the fact that I made the payment well before the due date.

        On 20 feb 2024, I made a payment of Rs. 6720 towards my (*********) account, which was due on 05 Mar 2024. However, I was surprised to see a late fee applied to my account statement dated 05 Apr 2024, indicating that the payment was received after the due date.

        I have attached proof of payment for your reference, clearly showing that the payment was made prior to the due date. Given this evidence, I believe the late fee was unjustly applied to my account.

        Although, i accept that i have failed to pay the EMI of Feb month on time for which i had already paid the late fee & bounce charges on the month of Feb, for same i have attached the screenshots also.

        I kindly request that you review my account and remove the late fee accordingly. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could ensure that such discrepancies are avoided in the future.

        Also, i have marked multiple complaints mails but no satisfactory response received yet, need your attention on urgently because next EMI due date is on 05 Apr 2024.

        On date 13.04.2024 they deduct Rs. 500 from my account which was extra charged, neither they responded on mail even after mail marked to Grievance Redressal Officer ( Anjali Panwar / [protected]@moneytap.com) & so many reminders.

        There third party collection team also harassed on call & msgs. They started threatening on call & msgs even after 2 days of due date. Some other loans are also running but they did not harassed as moneytap collection team did.

                I have applied a personal loan through this app last month however that time they shows the status as pending for approval. However last week I got a mail from this app and says that your loan amount approved and the same is credited to your account. But when I checked the details in app it was mentioned as the amount transferred on 7th Nov however I didn’t get the money so far. Also they initiated the EMI through auto debit option and I got a message that tomorrow is the due. Please help me with this.
