I missed my emi this month, (Only 1 EMI) May 2024 due to an unexpected emergency. I communicated on email, whatsapp and sms that I will make sure not to carry over the Emi missed beyond 20th May 2024. Still I constantly get threats on messages and emails. I do not attend calls because I have an anxiety triggered breathing disorder. I don't attend any calls from unknown number. Now, one guy demands 2000 extra for visiting charges to make collection....

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the late fee charged on my recent bill, despite the fact that I made the payment well before the due date.

On 20 feb 2024, I made a payment of Rs. 6720 towards my (*********) account, which was due on 05 Mar 2024. However, I was surprised to see a late fee applied to my account statement dated 05 Apr 2024, indicating that the payment was received after the due date.

I have applied a personal loan through this app last month however that time they shows the status as pending for approval. However last week I got a mail from this app and says that your loan amount approved and the same is credited to your account. Today my friend got a message from your recovery agent, Moneytap hacked my contact list and send message, disclosed loan details to him. I am attaching the screenshot of the chat and call record with that agent. I want Moneytap to take action to stop this illegal recovery activity otherwise I will inform this to RBI.

I am getting an unnecessary call from the money tap control regarding the loan recovery.
I am not borrowing any money from money control and not guarantee.
Still I am getting a daily call from money control. I don’t know how they got my number.

I have been withdrawn amount from money tap credit line on july2023.the amount deducted from credit line but not transferred to my account. I have been raised a ticket regarding the transaction. They said it may take 48hrs to credit in to bank. But even 20days the amount was not credited. But on 9th August they shown in their app that amount transferred successfully. I have sent MoneyTap multiple emails and also called on the given number on the website but there is no response from them.

I haven't used MoneyTap for more than a year and found out it has been affecting my cibil record to which I requested to close the account but I haven't received any response from them....
