MoneyTap — Auto debit charges even after making payment at time | |
Before lockdown I was making payment through auto debit facility but after April I started making payment through other modes and asked them to change my account details but since there was no Customer service no my problem was not solve. I asked them through app about moratorium but after waiting for many days there was no reply. After July there was some continuous deductions started in 3 transactions of Rs 590 every month. I asked them about these transactions through mail but there was no proper reply. In sept and oct I made payment on date but even after that deduction was continuous and no response.. I am mailing them continuously from last one month but no reply . instead I am getting 15-20 calls daily to make payment of my EMI and I have to explain everything every time but they start talk nonsense, they start abusing.. they have customer care no now but that is busy whole day. In this crucial time where each and every bank and NBFC helping their customers through moratorium, moneytap is charging a lot extra and harassing their customers but not solving their problem..If I calculate how much in total deducted till now it is around 8000 in last 5 months even after paying my installment.
