I have been using MoneyTap from more than a year, not even single EMI was missed and all monthly payment was done without fail. Now I am in need of funds however, MoneyTab has blocked my credit limit and I am not able to withdraw amount from my credit limit.
The error message it says, I have missed my EMI payment, but the truth is not even a single EMI was missed and I used to pay the entire EMI amount.
I have been writing to MoneyTap from last 5 days and more for help and resolution, no one is bother to help or respond me.
