My name is sandeep linked to email [protected]@gmail.com. I have 3 EMIs with the EMI date 5th of every month. Autodebit is initiated on 5th and 3 EMIs are debited from my account on 6th of September. Even after successful payment, as the same is not updated in Moneytap app, I was regularly getting SMS to repay EMIs. When I have escalated the issue they told that it will resolved. Now on 14th again 4746 is debited from the account. I want to know why this 4746 is debited. If my previous emi is not credited to your account, then where that debited amount on 6th is credited to. When i raised the issue with my bank, they said that my EMIs deducted on 6th are successfully credited to Beneficiary account Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
