MoneyTap — foreclosure loan fraud | |||
I paid my foreclosure amount on jan-15, 2020. I provided screenshots to customer care service. They told me that they are going to forwarded that to concerned team (Dmi finance). I sent emails everyday to customer support in order to get to know the status of my foreclosure loan. Every time they are saying the same thing. I called to dmi finance after 15 days in order to get to know the status of my foreclosure loan payment. They told me that they didn't received any payment proof from moneytap. They raised a ticket and they told me that they will resolved it by 3-4 working days. But till now they haven't resolved it. I want file fraud case against both money tap and dmi finance.
