I have taken Loan from Money Tap App and after paying 3 EMI's i wanted to close my 3 Loan accounts with Money Tap. So i have requested them by email on 15th Mar 2022 and also from Twitter. As these are only communication channel they have provided to customer.
Till now they have provided only correct payment link for only 1 loan account and i have made payment for the same on 25th Mar 2022.
But for remaining 2 Loan account they are still not provided correct payment links. and also no proper commutation coming from there end.
They are making very much delay from there side which is causing paying more money to me.
I request to make correction actions on such bad company. So they learn and take corrective and timely action on the customer request. Was this information helpful? |
