MoneyTap — Loan not closed after paid full foreclose amount

Hi,
I had taken a loan amounting to Rs. 75000/- in 2 slot from Moneytap. I mailed so many time for foreclose..after few days they send me link of payment which was coming from [protected]@moneytap.com.after payment they are not replying on paid amount..didnt get NOC and moneytap application not showing any paid amount.In this scenario I had mailed several times to the support
email ID ([protected]@moneytap.com) to know the Loan is not forelosed after full payment.but they are not responding at all. Please Help me in this.
